Excellent service. The technician, Steve, installed a kitchen faucet in a tight spot. The situation was made more difficult by a reverse osmosis system which was linked into the supply line. Great job. Prompt and courteous, too.

Shaun was very thorough and explain things in detail so that I knew what I was dealing with pertaining to my furnace. I feel very confident that everything he told me was accurate. He was very kind unexplained things very well. I appreciate his professionalism and we would definitely use the company again.

Do not have this company do any type of work for you. My experience and opinion of them is they DO NOT have the knowledge of installing HVAC. They did not complete the work. Had problem first day. Called 5times regarding smell of gas. No reply at all. Then the alarm went off. They showed up and replaced the valve that was incorrectly screwed on coming thru gas line. I did not trust them coming out even after my r. Cornejo asked that he send someone. I kept answering him stating I do not trust smart 72 . I wanted someone else to come. They said if I did then my warranty is void. After spending close to $14,000. To be given the run around lied to and the health and safety of my family and pets being jeopardize. All I asked for the first 4 months was smart 72 come and remove the HVAC so I could have a qualified HVAC company do it right. This is June still have there garbage installed and not able to cool down in this hot weather. They are rude and do not do care about the well being of the customer. So again I write DO NOT TRUST SMART 72. YOUR LIFE COULD BE IN DANGER. Ours was and still is. I give no stars. But had to pick one to post this

I am a first time home owner and my water heater gave out and leaked all over the floor. Searching for help was both difficult and stressful. I wanted to take the circumstances and upgrade to a tankless water heater. I searched and contacted three other businesses. One business never responded back and another stated I wouldn't be able to go tankless due to power demand. (My home is 100% electric, no gas lines).

I finally went with smart72 because they were attentive, responsive, professional and honest. I had a wonderful experience with smart72. Mike and his crew came out and upgraded me to a tankless water heater.
I didn't think we could do it because of previous assessments. But smart72 took care of everything. The sales team was accessible and well informed and the install team was polite, clean, and meticulous. Highly recommend.

I was impressed by the crews who came and worked on my house. They were efficient and professional. Unfortunately, that is where it ended. A small issue was unable to be completed by the crew and even after several calls to the Customer Service staff and Operations Manager, I have not gotten a call back. The work that I needed and am paying for has not been completed and my frustration level is pretty high with the company.

Installers for Home Depot, Smart72 replaced our heater three years ago and installed A/C last year. The deals themselves were interest-free for 12 months, pricing was competetive, and installations were quickly and efficiently performed. Personnel at the office and in field were professional and personable, and whole process was transparent. I have a service contract with them, and am very satisfied with their work and the company.

Technician arrived on time, was courteous and professional. Gave clear, informative summary of issue. No-pressure attitude was appreciated when discussing repair options. Highly recommended.

Jeff came to our house for the annual inspection and service that I requested. It was a pleasure to have him. He is thoroughly knowledgeable on all things HVAC. Very professional, and yet he had time for a pleasant conversation. He didn't try to "upsale" us on any products. I would definitely recommend him and Smart72 to anyone.
