Pete Goolsby, plumber technician, was on time, super attentive to detail, explained the process from start to finish and even answer my call after business hours. Pete most definitely not only met but exceeded my expectations. I will recommend Rooter Hero to anyone having plumbing issues.

This company i had used in the past. Who i thought was great. I called them again when we had some new issues with work they had already done within the 2 year warranty. Wanted to charge me to put a camera in and see what was wrong. It turned out they only charged me 25% of total becuase I was within my warranty. Which is horrible. Came back and said I had roots going into the City connection to the street. I asked why didn't they catch it before. Said they never looked. My wife asked questions and they tried to side step them. Missed a crack back up the line and quoted me a luxury car price to replace the piping to the street. Called another company and am getting it fixed this week for a 1/4 of the price.

They came within 2 hours of my call. Prompt, professional and polite. Couldn’t ask for better technicians. They spent two hours in search of all the clogs, diagnosed the problem and even gave tips on how to avoid the problem in the future. No up-selling and the price was very reasonable.

Jayro and Blake were the plumbers assigned to locate and repair a leak under my kitchen sink. They arrived timely, were professional and courteous. It took them less than 3 minutes to find the slow leak on the back wall of the cabinet. They quickly diagnosed the problem and proceeded to make repairs. They made a couple of trips to Home Depot to pick up required parts and, again, more parts to replace ones so old (30 years) they broke and crumbled in their hands. They also found the hose from the dishwasher to garbage disposal was short and may start leaking in the future. They went ahead and replaced the hose which was not part of the original job. These repairs are guaranteed for one year. If you choose to use this company, ask for Jayro and Blake. You have here a customer providing first hand testimony of their outstanding work.

Francisco Mercado is the guy who helped me to diagnosis the problem of my furnace. He is very professional and troubleshooting the hidden problem of my furnace. Thumb up

Pipes were clogged bad that toilet over flowed N caused shower to back up that we tryD everything before we called for help N u guys were very prompted on time even for it being a Sunday N was able to fix the problem in a timely matter… thanks to the technician that did the job, we were all very pleased…

This company is great. I put my request for a tech at 12:30 and by 2 I was able to get back to my weekend! I would differently use them again.

Ignacio is awesome, worked really hard on my almost 100yr old pipes and he didn’t give up until it was flowing again. Daughter had been putting so called flushable wipes in the toilet but they are definitely NOT FLUSHABLE and Ignacio made it right and I am just so happy. I will definitely use them every time for all my plumbing needs! Thanks!!!
