Rooter Hero did an amazing job. I called them on 11/7 for a stoppage. They ran their camera and saw there was a broken mainline clay pipe. Angel would come out day and night and him and the rest of the Rooter Hero Plumbers until they fixed the mainline installed a cleanout hydrojet it and called the city to take care of clearing their portion of the line. The job was completed last Friday. The company is very professional, puntional and I highly recommend them.

Eric was our main technician. He was great right from jump street. We ended up with Eric , Glenn, Sean and William to get the job done and they were awesome. I will definitely use Rooter Hero again if necessary. Thank you so much for great service and professionalism.

Sewer issue. Shower and toilet were backing up. Rep came at a reasonable time. He was friendly and did the work right away. Told him the problem issues. He did his job effectively and resolved the problem. He was professional, friendly, and answered all my questions. He provided excellent service! Ignacio showed up early for our appointment on a Sunday morning, and got right to work. He identified the problem, and gave us a couple of options to try. We picked one that * thankfully * took care of the problem, and Ignacio was on his way. Thank you for showing up on time on a Sunday, giving us options, doing a great job for a very fair price! Sump pump repair was most important because water was not being pumped out of my home and now it does...Alexis was responsible and courteous...Thank you, Alexis!!!

We had a hot water slab leak & Rooter Hero - especially Chris Arteaga- were great to work with. They had the issue identified & entirely fixed in 48 hours. This includes jack-hammering through a foot deep slab and re-filling the concrete to look like nothing had ever happened. Chris was courteous, explained everything he was doing to us & obviously cared about doing a good job.

Ignacio was wonderful. He got here within 30 mins of my call about a clogged drain. He was so sweet and knowledgeable, and he got the job done in less than an hour.

Pete was our technician, however he is not listed on the drop down menu. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Would recommend
and request him again.
