Phoenix Air Conditioning & Heating

I seldom write reviews or take surveys but this one deserves an exception.
My AC unit died on a record breaking hot day. Within three days Phoenix sent a repair tech (Tyler) who did a very efficient job of trouble shooting and fixing my condenser.

There was a follow up call when the tech was on the way - the "heads up" was greatly appreciated..

The truck was modern and clean. Tyler was clean and courteous.

The price was reasonable and there was no up charge or bait and switch.

I would definitely recommend these guys for your repair or installation needs.

My husband and I are so thankful we had Phoenix Air install our two new AC and Heating systems. They went above and beyond the normal service to make sure everything was installed correctly! We had three different quotes from AC companies and Phoenix Air was the best price by far. We highly recommend this company!

My wife and I were not impressed with this overpriced dime a dozen company. They were late showing up for an estimate and were way overpriced. When we mentioned two other hvac companies that we got estimates from for quite a bit less the guys totally berated and bad mouthed both of them. They tried to pressure us and seemed desperate for our business. We went with another company.
