We wanted to replace our still working 32 year old 2 zone resident HVAC system before the summer. This would be a full replacement and we wanted it done right. We called several places and got unsatisfying answers such as there is a fee just to bid the job, or we only use x brand that after researching is actual one of the worst on the market. Derrick of Coastal Comfort came out for free, gave answers that made sense and was happy to refer other trades as well from his network. We put down a deposit and started the job a few months later. We even had to punt the install date a week due to covid from our end, but Derrick was very professional in accommodating this surprise. The job was done great and in the timeframe expected for the agreed price. The system is working perfectly and is a huge upgrade from out ancient equipment we had. We plan to use Coastal Comfort again for a split mini unit in our garage due to the great experience we had. Would recommend their service to anyone.
