Luis recently moved our furnace on ground floor to attic with all new ducts. We were very pleased with his work and truly enjoyed his happy personality.

He explained in detail of what to expect, how long it would take, and scheduled the inspection with CA State and City for permit. Luis was very professional, always puts booties on before entering our house.

We have pretty bad allergies and Luis didn't hesitate to put a lot of plastic seals around the furnace, to prevent dusts from going to other areas in the house. Overall, we were happy and pleased with his work.

We had a system installed 23 yrs ago by a good general contractor who did a good job. 3 months ago Posadas, who is an HVAC contractor, inspected and recommended new AC and furnace. Luis gave us clear information and said we should not feel pressured on what we wanted done.

He respected are COVID19 requests for masks, shoe covers, drop cloths, only 2 man crew, open windows with out reminders. I have built clean rooms and have worked with world class craftsmen. Luis could match them. He found the old unit and ducts were install ok but were the wrong size for the old or new system. He was amazing in how well he communicated his goals and schedule, got all the parts while many factories are shut down and not shipping compressors & furnace.

I like a surprise at Christmas or my birthday but not when I get the final bill for a job. NO HIDDEN FEES OR ADDERS. The bill was slightly under his estimate and lower than other estimates we had gotten.

We would highly recommend Posadas Heating and Air conditioning for repair or replacement in your home or office.

Luis was excellent to work with. We had a new construction single story single zone hvac system with some framing challenges that required a creative hvac solution. He was collaborative, solution oriented, a great communicator and went above and beyond to deliver excellent service with quality results. I highly recommend!

I had them do a big job of replacement of HVAC furnace, AC and duct work and moving the furnace to the attic per code. Luis was very friendly and gave a good price for the job. I highly recommend them, they came during COVID and wore masks and shoe coverings. The cleaned up daily as it was a tough job.
