Luis is one of the best contractor I've ever dealt with. He responded quickly when my heater broke and quoted me a reasonable price that included filing for permits and a new nest thermostat. He / crew came to my house 3-4 times and always was on time and cleaned up after each time. He even helped out with additional work when he saw that it would help with circulation in my house! Thank you Luis! Really appreciated the heat during the coldest days of the year!

Luis did a very good job installing all new ductwork under the house. The job was done on time and at the quoted cost with good quality. Luis was responsive and professional and I will use his services again if the need arises and I would definitely recommend his services to anyone in need.

We hired Luis to move our existing furnace out of a utility closet into the attic. We received many quotes from many companies, and none of them came close to Luis on the bid. We were hesitant at first but we ended up putting our trust in Luis and we could have not made a better decision. Him and his guys came on time, properly covered all of our furniture and floors, and got to work. All of it was done in a day like he said, and went above and beyond in upgrading our lines and making sure they were properly attached. I am very pleased with the work, and would highly recommend Luis for any work related to a furnace/AC system.

I contacted Luis for new AC/Furnace and he put in all new ducts to support the larger system, new air inlet, furnace, and AC. The work was exceptional and his attention to details was great. The price was great and his work was fast. He had very tight/limited space to work with and really did a quality job working around that restraint. I contacted several companies for quote and Luis is the fastest to respond, he is friendly and professional, he showed up on time for onsite inspection and gave us a more accurate quote (and the price is unbeatable!!). I went with his suggestion of Bryant furnace.

He was also helpful in reviewing other issues which were not related to HVAC and provide his recommendation. Again, he didn't tried to over sell anything or tried making money on separate issue which he helped to resolve. Luis is very responsive and performs his work on committed time.

Posada's Heating and air-conditioning is the best! They were available right away to give me a quote and then installed our air conditioning one week later. I’m running the AC on this hot Memorial Day afternoon and it works perfectly. Luis was always very prompt in responding to my texts, even on the weekend. Very happy with the results!
