We had Luis install our A/C, which he did himself and with a team of two. We highly recommend him and will be recommending him to our friends and family. I'm sure the people that he has served would say the same, but he is friendly and courteous, knowledgable, goes above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied, professional and gives competitive and very reasonable pricing. It was a genuine pleasure communicating and working with him, I wish all contractors and teams shared his spirit toward their customers.

Luis and his team did an excellent job with the installation at our home. He came highly recommended from my colleagues and so I decided to go with his company and he did not disappoint. I contacted several companies for quote and Luis is the fastest to respond, he is friendly and professional, he showed up on time for onsite inspection and gave us a more accurate quote (and the price is unbeatable!!). I went with his suggestion of Goodman furnace and Payne air conditioner and them turned out beautifully! It is so nice and necessary to have cool air in South Bay! Luis and Lalo finished all work within 2 days, which is typically required 3 men in 3 days, my contractor and I were impressed by their speed and quality!

I recently had a new AC installed in my attic by Posada and team. Mr Posada was very professional and knowledgeable, and they did a great job of explaining the process to me. The work was done quickly and efficiently, and the AC is working perfectly.

What impressed me most about Posada and team was their ability to work out a complicated job. The attic in my house is very small and difficult to access, but Mr Posada was able to install the AC unit without any problems. They were also very patient and understanding when I had questions about the process. I felt like they were really taking the time to do the job right, and I appreciated their attention to detail.

Overall, I was very happy with the service I received from Posada. They are a great company with a team of experienced and knowledgeable contractors. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs HVAC work done.

The owner, Luis Posada responded immediately and was at my home within hours that same day. HIs price was very reasonable compared to the 5 others I'd received. Luis was consistently responsive to calls/emails, always on time, if not early, and did a great job with the installation. He and his assistant were neat/tidy, polite, and finished within the stated time frame. I'm happy to recommend the work of Luis Posada as extremely good.

Luis knows how to install a gas heating & A/c system. He and his team are fast, know the work and do a great job. He installed new ducts, demoes the existing network of pipes, added the A/C unit in the backyard and did all the work himself along with his trusted team. When he left, he completed the job as promised - the backyard was thoroughly cleaned, the garage was neat and clean, the holes in the drywall were done with precision etc. The pricing by Luis was very competitive for the job done. I am happy to recommend Posada's heating & air conditioning & would call Luis for another unit in future.

Luis and his crew at Posada's Heating and Cooling were responsive, punctual, courteous and professional. He explained the heating and air conditioning units available and what would work for us answering our many questions. Due to supply chain issues, Luis located the only furnace we agreed upon in San Francisco! The furnace and coil unit took one day to install. Luis and his crew did an excellent job with our install. He was super responsive and provided a very reasonable quote. We ended up installing a new 2 stage furnace and 2 stage A/C in the attic along with new duct work. They finished the job in 2 and a half days and also worked on a Saturday to accommodate our schedule

We have stucco ceiling which was hard to work with for making vents but they did a great job and there was no damage to our ceilings.

Luis also took care of the permit and was always on time.

Luis worked very efficiently to install my AC and heating system. The systems works well. The price is very reasonable. The work area are clean. Luis is very easy to communicate with. He helped to remove the old AC, cut off the old pipe and even paved the old concrete for safety. We are very happy to have Luis do our project and will definitely refer Luis to my friends who need new heating and air condition system.
