We used Heating Cooling Appliance Technique to replace our entire house HVAC system. We have been looking for reliable, reasonable, and responsive contractor for over 3 years! We interviewed literally 10 other vendors including contractors from Costco Wholesale, Home Depot, and others. No one came even close to friendliness, reliability, honesty and professional knowledge of Dmitry and his team. They installed dual-zone multi-stage 5 ton American Standard HVAC system to replace a 28 year old single zone one stage super inefficient and *very noisy* setup. Dmitry designed and built a noise damping return intake that reduced the noise by almost 75%. I highly recommend this company for your HVAC needs!

We got out Ductles minisplits installed by Dzmitry in our home. We had a very good experience with Dzmitry. He did an initial walkthough of our house and gave his honest opinion on where we need to install how much tons. He is prompt in his responses and we loved working with him. He is our go to guy for our HVAC needs.

Moved to California recently, and so happy that we found a great HVAC professional. I had a good HVAC contractor in MA where we lived before California move, and I can tell you that it is a big deal to find contractor who knows what he is doing. It takes some of your worries away.

The issue with AC that suddenly went off was identified within minutes, and fixed on spot on the same day, an hour after the call to the company.
In fact, it was also a potential fire hazard due to bad electric connection, and I'm lucky I've got it taken care of ASAP.
Now recommending to my friend who has issues with heater and needs help.

I have known Dmistry since 2015 when he installed a new air conditioner. My house is 23 years old and needed a heat furnace replacement. Dmitry gave excellent advice on the type of furnace that would best serve my requirements. Dmitry and his team members installed a new furnace (two-stage and variable speed). The team performed quality, worked professionally, and ontime. Then the team demolished and removed existing ductwork from attic space. Cleaned up and recycled ductwork, Modified a return and supply plenum and restored insulation, airsealed, installed a new supply and return ducts in an attic, FLEX, R6. Installed air dampers for each supply duct and air sealed, installed two new automatic zoning dampers, connected zoning dampers for existing zoning boards, and finally tested, adjusted, and started the HVAC system. I am so happy with the work he has done. We are enjoying a quiet efficient heating system. I strongly recommend Heating, cooling & Appliance Technique Inc. A big thank you to the team.

Dmitry and the team at the Heating, Cooling Appliances did a great job installing a new heater and AC system in our house. They were very professional, always on time and did the job within a very short period of time. We were amazed by their work ethics too. Every place they touched during their work they left clean. I received referral by a friend to replace entire HVAC system and called Dmitry. He came and inspect the house and gave me estimate on the same day which was on Sep 30th. The work officially started on Oct 17th and they were done on Oct 19th. The area was spotless everyday after they are done. Dmitry and his crews were very professional. He also arranged all the HERS testing and city inspection. Everything was done on Nov 4th. The company is very dependable and this is my fastest home project and highly recommended.

We are very satisfied with the service provided by Dmitry. This company replaced old parts, installed new American Standard AC, new thermostat, installed new line set cover and paint it in wall color. So many things done with good quality in short time! tl: We had our HVAC external copper pipe cut/stolen, and we needed urgent repair. We asked a few repair outlets for the evaluation, and all told us that it’s going to be very expensive because of how close to the wall the tube was cut, and that the wall needed to be opened etc. Dima had the same concern, but he said he had an idea and if it would work out - the price would be much more reasonable. I’d did, and it was. And very quick, too! :)

Our friends had an HVAC leakage under the roof, and I recommended Dima - and he fixed it by replacing all the crumbling plastic piping around the HVAC, did it quickly and cleanly despite the immense heat under the roof, and also installed an electronic leakage detector to prevent such problems in the future. My friends were very happy with the speed (and the price) of the repair! :)
