It was very hot day just before July 4th.
The technician, Dmitry Berezuk, was in my house in half of hour.
He quickly identified the problem and ordered the necessary part, which had the warranty.
He filled out the paperwork and got the part.
Dmitry is very nice, friendly, timely and very knowledgeable .

Dzmitry and his team were amazing. He installed a whole new HVAC system for me, including all new ducts and vents. My job was part of a whole house remodel that went on for almost 2 years, but Dzmitry and his guys were probably the only part of the equation that never caused a delay. Despite long delays on my side with other aspects of the project, he always responded to me quickly and made time to show up and get his portions of the job done quickly and on time. I HIGHLY recommend hiring these guys.

I contacted the company for a replacement of an old AC system. The company representative came in promptly, evaluated the work and we received an estimate the same day, with an interesting price. Discussing the work it was clear that he was very knowledgeable and understood very well the scope. When we agreed to the proposal, the team came as scheduled the following week, performed the work on time, on schedule and with great care. I wholeheartedly recommend the company for all HVAC related work.

Dzmitry and team removed my old gas furnace and replaced it with a Mitsubishi heat pump system with 4 zones- replacing the previous single zone for 2-story house. They worked with me through the design to get a system that suited our house and our preferences.
They showed up when they said they would, minimized the time we were without a heating system during cold weather. The installation is super clean and tidy, very professional. Couldn't be happier with it, worked out even better than we had hoped for. The house is noticeably more comfortable, the temperature is more even through out the house now.

Dmitry and two others done a great job installed my ductless mini-split AC & Heat Pump 48K BTU System with 6 handlers in 5 days, and 1/2 day cause SJ city requires individual switches for handlers indoor. His work is very professional and very best and value for the money. Go for it and the price is right! You most likely have to pay much more for other most reputable companies.

Dmitry and team did an excellent job designing and installing a heat pump system in our house. The house has 4 split levels, so the project was far from straightforward.

The design Dmitry proposed met all our zoning and esthetic needs. They installed a heat pump air handler unit in tight crawl space under the house, and placed external unit away from the house to minimize noise. As we agreed, they reused some of the existing ducts, replaced the ones that contained asbestos, and installed new ones to climate control rooms that were previously not heated, as well as installed extra air returns so that we could installed sealed doors for noise management. Dmitry also handled all the paperwork with the city, got me a last-minute rebate, and passed the inspection from the first try.

I've heard a lot of horror stories about different components of heating systems not working well together, and was thrilled that in my case everything has been working reliably for over 6 months. I was able to dial in climate control in my house using the 3 ecobee thermostats that they installed, and many additional room sensors that I installed myself.

Ducted heat pump with zoning is definitely not the conventional design these days, as most installers push for ductless systems that are more efficient and are much easier to install. Dmitry was the only contractor who was attentive to our needs, gave us a lot of flexibility in picking components and thermostats while helping us make informed decisions, and ensuring that the system worked great in the end. His team is also very cost-effective and gave me fair prices on everything, which did not compromise the quality at all.

Having dealt with many contractors during full renovation of our house, HCAT is easily in the top tier of contractors we've dealt with. I won't have any hesitation recommending Dmitry and his team to all my friends who have heating or cooling system needs.

This is the second time I use this company for my HVAC needs. I think next time I need some HVAC services done on my property I won't even shop around anymore and go directly with Dimitriy and his company. Great service and reasonable prices! Thank you, Dimitriy for your service and hard work.
