Air Concepts

Everyone at Air Concepts was wonderful to work with. Very professional, courteous and responsive. I want to recognize Gabriel for always being so responsive and detailed. He was my point of contact and he provided “Amazing” customer service from the very beginning to completion. Francisco, Luis and the other technicians on the job site were very professional and left the job site spotless. Our tenants were very pleased with their workmanship.
I was very impressed with Air concepts notifications. They always texted me when they were on their way to the job site which saved a lot of time. Thank you Air Concepts! Job well done.

The technician was very thorough and had excellent communication skills. He went into detail letting us know his findings and recommendations. I would definitely use him again!

Had to comeback and retract my negative review as Daniel the technician has come back and fixed our issue. He was very patient and professional just like he was during the initial appointment. Couple of things that could've gone better were customer care responding to our calls and providing analysis to warranty company atleast in the 1st week. I understand that they are overwhelmed with the service requests and might have done better in any other season.

Update 1

Terrible company, I was able to schedule initial appointment and the techinican has come and did the trouble shooting . I was told that warranty company would be notified about the analysis and they didn't do that for a week and respond to any of the phone calls from me or my warranty company. If you are ready to experience terrible frustration, then you might be ok.

after may calls, we were told that they cannot schedule a follow up until 3 weeks and to talk to our home warranty to get reassigned

Charles is very responsive to customer needs and their dispatch team is super nice as well. Great service.

This company was professional, but could not figure out how to submit a claim to the warranty company. I struggled with them for over 3 months and finally they asked the warranty company to assign a new contractor. I called at least once a week for 3 months to get updates. This was even escalated to the CEO and they couldn't figure out how to file the paperwork. Do not answer the phone often.

Air Concepts is an amazing company! I called them to schedule a service and with in the same day they came out! They did a spectacular job and i recommend them 10/10!

I give this Company a rating of Zero. Charles William Gjers whom is Owner
of this Business did not meet up to his Obligation. I contacted him in May
2020 seeking service to our AC Unit in our home in Manteca. We set up appointment for someone to come out so he has other Independent Contractors out in Areas . Rich Harrison in Modesto comes to our home
on May 30, 2020 and added 1 lb. of Freon and says everything else looks
good. Within 2 weeks the outside AC Fan does not spin, I then call Charles
to discuss and we made another appointment and he told me that there
would be no charge for Rich to come back out and that the $149.00 would apply to credit if parts were needed so we both agreed. Well Rich was due to come on Monday morning around 10:00 am well I had to reach out to him at 9:30 and he tells me that Rich is the only Contractor close to me and he's unable to come. I am going to make a complaint with
California License Board of how this was handled and anyone whom reads this, Do Not Use this Company!!!!!!!!!

Air Concepts was quick to respond to my request for service and up front and reasonable about pricing. Technician was able to fix the issue same day. Highly recommend Air Concepts!
