Sky Clean Air

I had a Groupon voucher for duct cleaning. Sky Clean Air provided a quality service in my home, very neat and tidy. Their machine sucked out both HVAC systems with minimum disruption. Their crew was good to work with and didn’t hard sell upgrades.

Unfortunately, I can't speak to the quality of the work because we couldn't find the dryer vents in my old condo complex. But despite taking a significant amount of time out of their day, they were very nice about it and didn't charge for the trip. They were one of the lower cost providers, and were able to come same day.

The heating system hasn't been right since I moved in 19 years ago. The ductwork had not been fixed correctly in the crawlspace, so they had to fix the way the ducts were connected. They came out on time, and within 90 minutes had everything fixed. Received 2 other bids; their price was $1000 less than the next-highest quote. Would give 12 stars. Everything was excellent from the time I talked to the owner until his staff came out the next day. When the job was complete everything was cleaned up and left spotless.

For the first time in my life I did have a pleasurable expirience dealing with contractors.The management and work force performed like a fine tuned machine.Well organized the technicians performed their work in a sufficient productive way. As a result in approximately six hours completed the entire HVAC replacement and ducts and running the system.
