Same Day Heating & Air Conditioning

We scheduled a service with this company and they didn’t ask if our heater works with water or not. The Technetium showed up and charged us $99 and told us they can’t work with the type of system we have. However, they did look at the system and told us what the problem is but they said they can not fix it because of the type of system we have .
I called them next day and asked them why they did not say they only work with specific systems and not with all and why they did not ask what type of system we have and they said they did ask if our system was central and we said yes and they do work with central heading and I called our HOA later on and they confirmed our system is actually a central heading system. The lady over the phone was very rude and hanged up on us as well.

Later on we hired another company and we found out their diagnose was also incorrect as the problem was not what they told us it was. They are not knowledgeable and not helpful at all so I would not recommend them to anyone. Don' t let the reviews fool you as it fooled me. I would give them a zero star if I could.

Brandon is a terrific tech. I was very pleased with his service, knowledge, and handling of my plumb ignorance of HVAC systems (including which way to point the damn filter). Thing is blasting something mean, keeping the babes warm, the nightcaps cozy. Cheers. Eight thousand stars.

Thomas explained all the options ( in detail) to repair or replace my HVAC system. He is definitely a professional.

They were polite. friendly and professional. They made sure we knew how to use everything before they left.

The technicians were very polite, courteous, and knowledgeable about their job. Very professional and friendly while they were here installing are heating system. I would highly recommend to anyone I know.

I called them to schedule for the technician to come out and check the furnace, just because the property is in escrow they wanted to charge $250 instead of $100. It does not make sense, and I would never trust this company. The inspection on the property is already done and sdge came out previously addressing the issues.

Same Day customer service are very professional and communicative. They sent out Donald, who provided quality service and was able to explain thoroughly how the hvac system is operating. I would recommend Same Day HVAC services.

I am really satisfied with results. I will enjoy the AC today and let you know performance rate during the twelve years warranty (includes equipment and workmanship).

They should have asked us over the phone about the system we have. They only asked if it’s a central system and it was. There was no other questions to determine it.

The Staff and Technical person were very professional and knowledgable and helped me diagnose my heating system issues correctly. As a result I signed up for their heating system maintenance package to maintain my equipments
