Very respectful in nature and he explained fully what he discovered while performing the maintenance. I kinda expect that there will be no issues since it’s only 4-5 years old and glad he found the same unlike under business, they will make a laundry list of issues until you feel like it needed a repair or replacement.

My service Tech was Donald.he was ontime, fast,efficient, Thorough,and professional. He took the time to troubleshoot and track down the problem quickly. I also signed up for a yearly maintenance plan which was very reasonable. Donald will come out twice a year to check and maintain all my heating and air conditioning needs. Same day heating and air also takes care of plumbing needs as well which is a plus! I will definitely be recommending and using same day heating and air for all my future needs. if you want somebody fast efficient reliable and affordable and honest,this amyour team! Justin Miller was the service technician. He is knowledgeable, professional, and personable. I was glad of his serendipitous assignment because he quoted this two year old system when he was with another company under contract to The Home Depot, and I was pleased to reconnect with him. My confidence in Same Day increased steeply because Justin is on the job. I liked that Same Day called same day to schedule an appointment and that the appointment was for the next morning. I like the text confirmation and reminder—I despise email for urgent matters. I’ll be calling Same Day for annual service.

Today I had their technician Justin Miller stop by my house to do an evaluation/repair of my furnace. I was speechless about his knowledge, attitude and professional ethic. He went above and beyond what I was expecting. He immediately identified the problem and recommended a solution without any pressure. I am confident about his judgement. As a note, I had 4 licensed technicians come to my house and none were able to provide me with a clear response. Keep up the good work.

I only have wonderful things to say about this company and my technician. Andrew Rice was very knowledgeable about my system and thermostat. He went way above the call in teaching me about my system and telling me what was wrong with it. He worked very efficiently and was extremely kind. Give this dude a raise! You don’t meet many people like him! The price was also VERY reasonable. I own several properties throughout San Diego and will never use another company for HVAC. Thanks again, Andrew!

We initially went with a different company trying to use our home warranty for our gas furnace issue and immediately called Same Day when we had issues with the other company. Same Day was prompt in coming out. Donald was very thorough in his diagnostic tests, visual inspection, and even sent us videos and photos of what he was actually seeing in order to help us better understand. Ultimately, it ended up being a quick fix but he was able to walk us through a consultation for when we do need to replace our gas furnace and what to expect. Would highly recommend!

I had a new heat pump system installed. After a couple of weeks of operation the heat mode caused disturbing noise throughout the house. Erik Lanier was sent to investigate and take care of the problem. It's only been one day so I'm still trying to determine whether the issue has been 100% resolved. I can say without doubt the the issue has improved, but since I've never had this type of system before I don't have anything to compare it to. After a couple of days I will make my final determination.

That being said, I have been 100% satisfied with Same Day Heating and Air Conditioning as a whole. The original install team was top notch. I did have a little complaint immediately after the install but I received a call from one of the bosses and he too, was extremely professional, courteous, and respectful.

When I called for this other issue, Erik Lanier was sent out first thing the next morning. I said that the original install team was top notch, well, Erik is at the very top of that list. He is knowledgeable in every aspect of the system. He readily diagnosed the issue and recommended the solution. He is professional, courteous, polite, and respectful. He answered every question that I asked. I can't say enough good about this young man. I enjoyed working with him from the very first moment and made sure to request that he come back to do the job. He is absolutely one of the best technicians and service reps that I've ever encountered in any field and his customer service skills are commendable. He is a credit to himself and the entire Same Day team. I hope he is rewarded by the company in some way.

I highly recommend Same Day Heating and Air Conditioning should you ever find yourself in need and I highly recommend that you should request Erick Lanier as your technician.

Andrew R. was on time and extremely professional. He walked us through everything he was going to do, and also took pictures and videos of our HVAC unit on the roof, to let us know everything he discovered and did. Would strongly recommend using both he and Same Day Heating & Air Conditioning to everyone reading this review. So much so, we’re having them come out for a plumbing inspection tomorrow.

Same day services is the reason I gave them a call after calling around to other companies that weren’t available until days later. I Called around 10am and got a technician 2hours later and he was quick and professional.
