Highly recommend! Ask for Erick Lanier is outstanding and the other tech with him today was great! I truly enjoy using companies who have employees with great customer service skills. I would recommend them to anyone I know, including close, friends, and family.

Worker was an exemplary company employee. He saw a very old system and after a good inspection distance himself from the job by saying it was irresponsible for him to try to repair such an old system. This allowed him to step away from a potentially messy situation and placed slight pressure on the homeowner to install a whole new system. Whatever income opportunity the company may have lost I believe is compensated by the potential gain or potential complication of dealing with an old system.

Same Day Heating & Air responded to my request immediately. I was without heat all weekend! Wyatt came right on time this morning and was courteous, professional, personable, and fast! He fixed the issue within minutes and also let me know if there were any further issues, not to hesitate to call! They even gave me a 10% military discount. I give Wyatt and his company 5 stars!!! Same Day installed a new system and got us out of the cold San Diego winter, provided AC for the summer to come, and did an amazing job on the blown-in insulation. Every technician was extremely knowledgeable and was never caught without a smile. I would recommend, 10 out of 10! Great job!

Daniel did fabulous job to check our aged AC system in every detail, he notified us the gas leak from both furnaces which could be the reason causing my headache for a long period. It is essential to have your AC checked regularly to avoid any potential damage and you can trust Daniel for sure.

We never heard of this company, until went to the Spring Home and Garden show at Del Mar on April 30th. The next day they sent Tony Eddington our sales representative, he explained the process step by step gave us the price. The following day Josemanuel, William and the other crew came and installed our new AC, Heater, new thermostat, put in new hvac duct and added more attic insulation. The crews did an excellent job, we are one satisfied customers :)

Technician was Wyatt Kent. He was on time and friendly. He adjusted the gas flow and stayed to make sure the heater wouldn't shut down. Unfortunately, that didn't fix it. Then Donald McCuddy came out, found cracks in the heater. He did get it running but advised the heater needed replaced. I agreed to a new system. The installers Jamie, Alex & Lamar were very respectful, thorough, and cleaned up everything! I would recommend this company for heating repairs & replacement if needed.

Donald took his time diagnosing my issue and double checking his conclusions. He walked me through his process and explained everything in a way I could understand.
