    I called on a Sunday for a technician to visit the next day 2-4p to diagnose and fix my home HVAC issue. Next day, I delayed going into my evening shift a couple hours to accommodate for the appointment. Come 3:55p, no one has shown up. I call their front office, who tells me there was "nothing scheduled for that day.... oh wait, you ARE on here for 2p." There were apologies and they offered to send a tech to me ASAP or reschedule. I couldn't reschedule because my roomate has two darling huskies that were panting their tails off trying to stay cool. They eventually sent technician Esteban to my home and arrival time was about 5:45p. I have only praises for Esteban: he diligently worked to find the cause of the problem (rodent chewed through a condenser wire) and quickly fixed it. Everything was completed before 8p. However, I'm disappointed in their front office. I lost my shift differential pay for the shift I ended up having to call out of for their mistake. The stars given are only for the tech's professionalism and courtesy. Stars deducted were for the business' poor management of their time and schedule.
    I do not plan on using this company again in the future.

    Took advantage of their special on an AC tuneup and service was prompt and professional. Had a follow up for an install item for the Ac and that also went very smoothly, hoping this helps the AC to last awhile longer and perhaps help
    with lower electric bills. I would highly recommend my tech (GT) and this vendor for your AC needs.

    I am very happy with the whole experience of having Same Day heating and air conditioning replace my existing air conditioner in my home. Everything happened quickly and was very well installed by the technicians. Everybody from the initial phone call to the office, to the tech who alerted me to a problem, to the estimator, and to the installers was very well handled. These are my go to people for any heating and air conditioning problems I may ever have. Not sure about the “value “ part of this review because I did not shop around. But I believe the price was fair.

    Considering I had a consultation on Wednesday and my HVAC heating/air is installed up and running and it's Friday....Outstanding. the whole process has been great from sales to installation. For the first time I can re.ember my house is actually cozy warm.

    Adrian came out just for a diagnostic of my Ac unit. Have not resolved the issue yet, but he was very explanatory of what it could be and very willing to finish the job. This is my first time using same day heating and im already SOLD!

    A decent experience. I think it could've been a little better. The guys that showed up on the first day were professional. One of the guys on the second day wasn't as professional. There was an incident of a couple holes put in the ceiling. There was a bunch of dust and insulation debris to all over the area. I think a cleaning crew should've been sent out to clean the area because the AC crew didn't do a great job. The ceiling holes were repaired by the company right away but because I didn't have left over paint, the drywall contractor didn't paint over the patch so I have to go buy paint. There was another incident of a couple chunks taken out of the flooring because the furnace fell from the attic opening to the floor and took out a couple chunks in the flooring. The company didn't do anything about that. There was another incident where I had told the crew on the first day that the gate wasn't functional and they'd need to use a different gate- this information wasn't passed along to the guy on the second day so he moved the things stacked in front of the gate so he could use the gate and broke the gate a bit more. I was frustrated, at this point, and didn't tell the company about that. Other than the not so fun incidents, the estimate was scheduled quickly. The install was scheduled quickly. The crew showed up on time both days. The job took the amount of time that was quoted.

    After having them install a Day & Night HVAC system (great unit!!) in my condo a few years back, I signed up for their maintenance program that costs only $15 a month and which has so far covered all costs. I am very happy with this program. They keep track of all needed maintenance, which also includes before winter and summer inspections. They people all seen to be top-notch as well.

    Set up appointment 2 weeks ahead , between 11-1. Recieved text technician is running late at 114, and again at 131 that he on his way. Technician Daniel called at 138 saying he was in Ramona about an 1 hour away and once he arrives the job takes about 1.5 hour if i still had room for him to come.. I live by the wild animal park it about 25 mins, but I said to myself maybe he needs to stop by and get something to eat . 315 and still no show. Called him, not even apologetic, so I canceled him realizing by his tone of voice he didn't really want to come..

    Eric did at terrific job. The air conditioner just needed to have a fuse replaced. Another person would have found a whole bunch of other things to charge us for, but Eric saw that it only needed a fuse, and we appreciate that. He was also very kind, on time, and professional.

    Javier came to our house to provide a repair estimate for our broken 20+ year old furnace-he was fantastic! He arrived early in our appointment window and even sent me a text when he was on his way. He obviously loves what he does and is extremely knowledgeable, thorough and personable!! Our furnace is in a crawl space under our house and not easily accessible so he took lots of pictures and then took the time to sit down with me to explain each issue and answer all of my (many) questions. I never felt like he was pressuring or trying to up-sell me—he just wanted us have as much information as possible so we would feel confident in whatever decision we made. In the end we decided to replace the furnace rather than pay for repairs due to its age.
