We purchased a brand new HVAC unit from Lowe's through RighTime Home Services in July 2022. We had to replace our existing heater--which was working just fine--in order to purchase the AC unit, which we did not have. The brand new heater quit working on Friday, Feb. 17. We have had repair men at our home for FOUR separate repair appointments running through today--Feb. 27, and the heater is still broken!!! We have been without any heat for 10 days, and this evening the repair people were supposed to be here at 3:30, and they arrived almost two hours late--AGAIN! They left at about 7:00pm after telling me that they were unable to fix the heater and repeating the very same problem that the first repair man tried as the first attempt on the first visit! Tonight, they left telling me that they had to order the very same part that the first repair man thought was the first problem, tried to fix, and couldn't. It has been TEN DAYS since that first troubleshooting explanation and now we are back to that same problem after a total of FOUR visits and NO HEAT!
I have never written a bad YELP REVIEW for anything, but I am writing this one now! The product and repair service provided by LOWE'S with Right Time for this new HVAC is HORRIBLE!
I want financial compensation and a new heater that works.
Again this service and product quality has been HORRIBLE.
