I had a recent AC install and Keith & his team were awesome! They all introduced themselves on the 1st day & went about their business diligently. Keith was there the entire time supervising the work & took the time afterwards to help me navigate thru the Nest App. I was e extremely happy with their service & would highly recommend them. Keith was great. He dealt with my nightmare of an HOA and all the ridiculous hoops they made him jump through and got my AC approved and installed. Highly recommend. This dude is more patient than me!

Keith and Chris installed a mini split in a thoroughly professional manner, both in customer interface and equipment operation. They placed the gear so that the house had a minimum change to its appearance. I can highly recommend this company with confidence.

Keith and his partner (sorry I don't remember his name) quickly found the problem with our air conditioner and were here and gone pretty quickly. I was very impressed, and both gentlemen were very professional and polite. The only reason I didn't click good value is because I'm a renter and I have no idea the cost. I have lived in San Diego for 18 years and never thought I would need AC until about 5 years ago. So when Keith from Fabulous Homes Heating and Air recommended replacing our super old furnace and adding ductless mini splits that included AC, I was sold. My one sight reservation was how they would look aesthetically (bulky or out of place), especially since our ceilings aren't incredibly tall. After reading several reviews and blogs about these systems I decided the pluses definitely outweighed any concern about appearance.
Pluses:
1. Environmentally and Wallet friendly- our SDGE bill is already considerable lower than it was for this month last year- we have small children who kick off blankets at night and in order to heat their room last year we had a space heater on top of the central heat. UGH.
Also these units are way more cost effective to install than central heat/AC.
2. Quiet. So quiet I have to visually check to see if the unit is on.
3. Effectiveness-These units heat up a room very quickly and it is easy to maintain the temp you want for each room. This is ideal for us, since the kids need a little extra heat at night and we do not.
4. Peace of mind- I no longer have anxiety attacks in the middle of the night that the stupid space heater will catch on fire in my kids room.
5. Working with Keith was a pleasant experience. He was professional and easy to work with.
6. Appearance-believe it or not I don't even notice the unit. It was placed in such a way that it fit the design of the overall remodel to our home. Also I know longer have to worry about placing furniture in front of the different ducts.
7. The air seems cleaner since it is no longer running through the ducts.

Cons
1. The only con I can think of, is that with 2 kids the remote to turn on the system sometimes gets misplaced, however each unit has a remote and they are all universal so we can always find another to control the unit we need. Problem will also be solved once we get around to installing the little wall holders for the remotes.

I have only used the heating, however Keith has promised to come back in the spring to follow up and test the AC again.

We are very happy.

Keith is the man! I was having issues with my heater. Had a few company’s come and try to figure out what was wrong but no one was able to fix the issue. Keith came over found the issue and fixed me up fast. Would highly recommend this company to anyone that needs heating or air conditioning service.

Keith gave us a very competitive price, was very diligent in the install process, and what we liked best was he did his own work. Highly recommend Keith.

These guys are the best. Explained all the options and made sure we were choosing what made the most sense for us in terms of pricing and efficiency etc. Our house is now warm during these winter nights and can’t wait to run the AC this summer. The unit is super quiet and is very efficient. We have solar and did not even need to add any panels for this.

It has been very cold to me, anyway, my heater went out.. I called my landlord, he sent Keith Murphy out to check things out. KEITH WAS THERE. AND WAS AT MY PLACE QUICKLY. HE HAD MY HEATER FIXED and CHECKED TO BE SURE IT WAS WORKING PROPERLY. I APPRECIATED HIS HELP BECAUSE A SDGE person had been out to fix the problem, said he could not fix the problem after giving me misinformation about a problem that did not exist.
