I'm old..er I think his name is Shaun. Very professional. He did a fantastic job in his work and his customer service.

However, I was house sitting for my cousin. She has a "ring" doorbell. She believed that when Shaun rang the bell he was an intruder trying to hurt me! She 911'd the police. I got a call from the police to come outside. So many police standing out front like 4 feet apart! At least 10 officers I could see! It was scary!!!

I had just bought a brand new garbage disposal when it started making an awful noise. As it turned out, a screw had fallen into the disposal. Josh was able to get the screw out and now it runs fine! The great news is that I did not have to replace my brand new garbage disposal. Yay! 😃

From start to finish the entire process has been really easy. Communication was great throughout. Great interaction with Douglas. Massive thanks to you for fixing our Tub issues and explaining something that in a straightforward way! He also went the extra mile and provided me with some options about my Water heater which is 23 years old and it needs to be replaced ! All in all a very good experience . Thank you Douglas

Had miscommunication with quote for the work…But Bill Howe did everything to make sure work and price was correct in the end. This company has my trust to do work right and for good value.

I had a leak in a pipe between the main and the house. Got a new pipe installed. I worked with Dave from Bill Howe Plumbing. They replaced the existing plastic pipe and put a new copper one. They had to dig quite a bit, but were cognizant of the landscaping and made sure things were brought back to how they were. Since the work was scheduled a few days later, Dave helped route the water from the main over a ground pipe for a couple of days.

Bryan of Bill Howe Plumbing is wonderful. He texted and called to verify his arrival time. Did a very thorough job of clearing a sluggish, clogged washing machine drain. He was professional and totally handled completing the job expertly. Thanks Bryan! We will definitely call Howe again for any future plumbing issues.

On 05/25/2022 Bryan again magnificently resolved a drain problem in our home. We used to use another plumber, but liked the work Bryan does, so called Bill Howe and requested Bryan. His expert service is deeply appreciated.

What an awesome experience we had with Bill Howe Plumbing and with our technician Frank Silva. We were able to schedule our appointment right away. Frank was very professional, knowledgeable, polite and he went above and beyond our expectations with additional work that needed to be done. And I loved that he said “please” and “thank-you” often. Something we don’t find that often with contractors in our home. Bravo Frank. I hired BILLHOWE on Dec 23 after my condo flooded.
The dry out crew were excellent, informative and knowledgeable.
The rebuild was a disaster.
After getting the bid, BILLHOWE restoration subtracted to different companies.
Individual vendors came from different companies and did not speak English. They would come for few hours and had no idea what it was done or what to do.
I spent daily when the build up was in process to show them the work.
The build up took from January till middle of April to complete with extremely poor workmanship.
I was homeless from Dec 23 to April 14, 2022.
Now in January 23 I see some cracks in the ceiling and worries me.
Do they suppose to give me a certification of completion?
