Micheal (2152) did a great job, he looked at my water heater, knew exactly why it was not working and got it working again. Micheal was knowledgeable, and a joy to work with. He took the time to explain my options if I had issues in the future and gave me some brochures of alternatives for a new unit.

We have used Bill Howe for all of our Plumbing and Heating services for many years. All experiences have been good. Recently one of their experienced heating technicians performed the annual inspection of our furnace. Bill Smith thoroughly checked its performance and answered my questions regarding options for installing a bipolar ionizer for improved air quality. He gave me estimates on two possibilities, one of which I proceeded with. Two weeks later Bill returned and installed an ionizer in the furnace plenum. The installation was done as promised. All the people I have dealt with at Bill Howe have been personable and responsive

I am very satisfied with the Discount plumbing company in general concern the moment I call they responded right away very polite and considering my situation not having hot water for a couple of days, the crew came so fast, they were very nice and respectful, I was observing them and asking question regarding the problem, I could tell they were expert on the matter. They found the problem fast end fixed it right away, thanks Discount Plumbing. I will keep you in mind ok!!

Chris was amazing! We had a severely clogged garbage disposal and he was able to evaluate the problem and replace it in no time (less than an hour)! He was also very friendly and personable. It was much more affordable than I was expecting which was also a major bonus!

I am completely satisfied with the work done by Bill Howe. They were on time , thorough and quick resolving a blockage 3 plumbers could not do. The pricing was very fair and felt that they were not trying to sell me more than I needed. Kudos to the Bill Howe team they really do know how.
