Friendly, professional, and skilled. Talk about a dirty job! Not a large crawl space, but they didn't hesitate. Outstanding service. DJ is just the Best!!

They have some very professional and talented technicians and VERY POOR project management. They say they will do things and not come through... many times during our 6 week Restoration and Flood project I asked for things and the project manager(s) said they would take care of it yet never did. Their business model seems much more oriented to getting all they can from the insurance company than serving the customer. They had me sign an agreement that I would pay what the insurance company would not yet I couldn't get a detailed list of the scope of the work and the proposed charges. Two days after the project supposedly ended I got a copy of the original proposed charges only after the final bill had been sent to the insurance company. And I got a copy of the final bill 5 days after the insurance company did. We will not do business with Bill Howe again and cannot recommend them. They may know how but for us, they did not deliver.

As requested, I sent photos of the gas water heater and gas regulator thermostat when I scheduled the appointment to make sure the technician had the necessary gas gas regulator for replacement on his truck. The technician said he had never seen the photos. The technician was here for 5 minutes, just enough time to tell us that he did not have the part on his truck. He said he could replace the whole water heater. He was unwilling to try to get the burners to turn on. We were very disappointed, since we are without hot water.

We spoke with Steven at Bill Howe who was very understanding and apologetic. He arranged for a Senior Technician" DJ Williams to come out to remove the old gas water heater and reconnect the water line. DJ understood the project and accomplished it professionally, to our complete satisfaction. The project was completed promptly, which we appreciated since we were without hot water.

Having an older home, we had the unhappy experience of a pipe collapse under our bathroom/foundation. Bill Howe Plumbing to the Rescue! I didn't realize at the time they did restoration. Feeling overwhelmed by a bare, jackhammered bathroom, I used their restoration services and I am so glad I did. Project Manager Guillermo Castro was so easy to work with and each craftsman that arrived was skilled, friendly, efficient...and they cleaned up after every project: demolition, install electrical/lighting, custom cabinetry, floor restoration and re-plumbing sink/toilet...I can honestly say they turned a miserable plumbing situation into an attractive, enjoyable remodel. Grateful!

Tenants called and said we had a clogged drain pipe that was due to a grading issue stated by the plumber they had come out. So I called Bill Howe for a second opinion since they first guy wanted 3,500$ to fix. Saul came out who has been to the house before and actually scoped the pipe to find out it was not a grading issue but a clog that was cause by feminine hygiene products. He recommended hydro jetting the pipes and check the drainage himself to see if it was indeed a grading issue which it wasn’t. The pipe was cleared and no issues since. saved me thousands, love the honesty and professionalism. I highly recommend Saul from Bill Howe.

Angel from Bill Howe came today to help fix a drain blockage that was backing up the shower and the toilet. He was extremely professional, personable, and fixed the problem. I felt comfortable the entire time as I was kept in the loop and the price was fair. Great to have such good people in the neighborhood. Thank you Angel and Bill Howe!

Bill Howe is our go to plumber and they always do an outstanding job. Our sewer recently backed up and was overflowing into our yard. It was horrible. Bill Howe worked with us to coordinate a time asap, for which we were immensely grateful. As usual, they sent their best - this time it was David. David took the time to listen to our recount of the situation and thoroughly examine our property and pipes. He talked my husband through his recommended course of action and showed my husband the camera that he inserted into the pipes after snaking it just to be sure there weren't other roots and things waiting. David also took the time to discuss how to maintain clean pipes in the future. He did a great job, was knowledgeable, and personable.

It's been a couple of weeks now since David fixed our plumbing situation and everything is going great!

We had had a leak behind our bathroom wall and it has been a very stressful experience. Thankfully, we called Bill Howe and they were able to come out and fix the issue. I was very happy to hear that they could do all the work from the plumbing to the restoration to putting the drywall and cabinets back in. After dealing with this situation before and having to go through multiple companies to resolve everything, I'm happy to work with a company that can handle it from top to bottom.

The plumber who did the work, Juan, was friendly and worked until early evening to complete the job. Thank you Bill Howe! I hope to not need your services for a long time, but if I do, I know who to call!

Joe and Jason serviced (annual flush) our tankless water heater. They were on time (called first), very professional, friendly and easy going.

Scheduling , estimate and installation was very efficient. Brian showed up as scheduled and completed installation in about an hour. Cost was very competitive.
