Highly recommend this company, they're currently assisting me with an emergency at my home. Dan was the first plumber I was in contact with, he was great! very professional, accommodating, and assisted me with several things that needed repair. Julien Miller plumber very professional, responsive, and patient. He responded to my emergency call, did an assessment and implemented repairs. Next person I talked to was Francisco Covarrubias estimator, from Home and Restoration Dept. Excellent customer service, it was great he speaks Spanish and walked me to the repair process. The two technicians from ESE Juan Medina and Eduardo responded and installed the air dryers. They called me 30 mins ahead of time so I could drive to my condo. Very professional, worked efficiently, and friendly and bilingual. I appreciate Bill Howe's excellent service and that their reps and techs speak Spanish.

this is such a great professional service, we had "Alex" visit our home today to repair leak in downstairs toilet tank area.
He listened to our concerns, understood, and repaired and replaced what was necessary, plus he shared costs prior to doing work to get our OK. Again great service and neat and clean. Alex also wore paper boots in area he was concerned it.

The service was great. The technician was able to identify the problem and resolve it. The technician did not try to upsell me . There were rocks and grout in my pipe and the tech vacuumed it out. This saved me thousands of dollars as I would have had to dig under the concrete to replace the pipe. The technician was very professional. This company is well worth the price.

My kitchen and living room area had water damage. Very professional. They put up containment areas and even covered my tv mounted on the wall and the upper cabinets in the kitchen

Clogged kitchen sink. Went online and requested service. Received alerts as technician was on his way. Angel Z arrived as stated In service window. Angel listened to what I had already tried, walked the property to understand the overall flow of drainage in the house before starting. He had to snake the drains many times to clear the countless years of gunk. He was very courteous throughout and completely cleaned up before he left. Excellent first experience

I have used Billy Smith technician with Bill Howe for the last 3 years to do a maintenance check on my heater and a/c. Billy is professional, efficient and honest.
