ARS/Rescue Rooter Heating Cooling Plumbing

I hired this company to do an inspection to my home plumbing with a camera. They collected the 500$ fee on the spot and scheduled me for the job for morning window 10 am to noon.
I took the day off and waited all day for them, no one showed up to my house and no one gave me a call to let me know that they’re not coming.
When I called to ask, they said the plumber is not answering his phone so they don’t know when he’ll be at my home.
Requested a refund and will seek a different company.

Manny was my service technician and did a great job of explaining what to as going on and working to keep the area as clean as possible. It’s plumbing which means there will be water but he really did a great job of minimizing it. I was very appreciative of the work on a Sunday.

Rescue rooter stole $500 deposit from me and did not do the work and will not refund my 💰 And your policy is if you cannot unplug the drain. Then the service is free. I gave a $500 deposit. And they never came back to do the work Ignoring me will not make me go away. I need my $500 deposit back immediately.

Both Ed and Lendale were excellent. Professional, timely, and they did great work to repair my sink and disposal. Would definitely recommend and use them in the future.

Tom is professional, thorough in explaining the needed services for water heater leakage. We also used ARS for drain clearing a couple of times last year. Always efficient and quality work

My toilet was backed up. Ruben gave me two options he could auger the toilet or pull the toilet. I told him I had changed toilet paper to a two ply. We decided to try the auger. It worked. He was very professional and polite. I would definitely ARS and Ruben.

My technician Ed K. was an absolute pleasure. He was so kind and explained everything to me and was so professional! I couldn’t be more pleased. Thank you so much for sending me Ed! We need more ED’S in this world today!!! Thank again:)

I have used ARS multiple times for different reasons and always found they are very helpful. Bill is an amazing person and has done work for us ever time and is very knowledgeable and professional.

We had 2 clogged drains and a leaky faucet.
The plumbing specialist that investigated/repaired our clogged drain was AMAZING.
Cody was professional, polite, honest, informative, punctual, and super friendly.
He very quickly fixed our shower issue of a clogged drain. He gave estimates on the leaky faucet and clogged drain in the bathtub, which were much more complex.
He educated us on everything plumbing related.

When we go back to ARS, we will request Cody specifically to repair our remaining list of issues. He truly is the best.
