I had an unfortunate plumbing situation where all of the 70 year old cast iron sewage pipes had to be replaced, including the main line that was disintegrating and had to be Perma lined. The experience would have sucked even more if I had used another company. I am so glad I went with ARS/ Rescue Rooter. All of the employees are professional and easy to work with. I cannot speak highly enough about the standout employee Temo (Cuauhtemoc). He was the lead on the project and kept in constant contact keeping me updated on the progress and unexpected issues. His work is exceptional, and he made me feel confident during the entire experience. Another notable is Frank. Frank had to break most of the bad news to me but I never felt overwhelmed. He helped keep my mind set on the fact that this was all fixable. Expensive, unexpected, and most important..fixable. These two guys helped keep me positive, and I have total confidence in the work that was done. The planning and scope of the work was all made clear to me, and thank goodness for the advances in the field of plumbing. I would recommend this company to anyone that need a plumber.

The plumber (Manny) took advantage of our situation and charged us an extortionist amount of money. When I contacted ARS for a breakdown of charges they said that they charge by the job, not by the hour. So asking for some justification for a job that took about an hour and was charged $1800. It took more time for the plumber to fill out paperwork than the actual work. Don't use ARS unless you have very deep pockets.

I was told it would be 99 bucks however it ended up costing me 450.00 bucks. To remove a toilet and remove a dog toy. Pretty expensive. The plumber was professional and did great work.

ARS / Rescue Rooter was quick to respond when we had a main line clog. They were able to help us same-day and over the weekend. They were informative, quick, and fairly priced. Plus they helped by recommending restoration specialists to assist in clearing up any water damage. Excellent service!

Our installer (Jonathan) did an excellent job installing our new water heater. He fixed a lot of the issues with the original install of the previous water heater, I was very impressed with his attention to detail and he didn't hesistate to answer any questions I had for him. He was very professional and very friendly. Thank you so much!

Called for service online. I was told the cost was $85. After coming for service, the technician said the service is more complicated and wanted to charge me over $400. Ater negotiation, I was charged $375. It took about 10 minutes to get the job done - using a snake to scroll down the pipe under the garage ground to clean the drain. For the same service, I was charged $65 by another company a few years ago.

Sébastien came out on a Sunday afternoon to help with my mainline sewer clog. He was timely and professional. Unfortunately, the problem was bigger than what a 75' snake could address and he was not able to unclog the drain. The company is sending out a camera crew this morning to get a better understanding of the problem and we'll take it from there.....

I haven’t ever spent the time to complain about a company before .
ARS Rooter is the Worst company I’ve ever experienced. I Received them as referral after purchase From Lowe’s for replacement of an electric water heater . Exceptionally poor communication with company often having to leave messages with no return call. No estimate given prior to day of install. Quoted a price the morning of installation was more than other estimates were from plumbing companies which would have supplied the actual water heater (instead of what I had done via Lowe’s). Their quote was more than twice. They wanted $3,500 for the install with no breakdown of costs -$3500 for 2 hours labor and I supplied the new water heater, thermal expansion tank & parts.
A classic bait an switch as many people would have cleared their schedule for the day of the installation and perhaps have just begrudgingly paid it . It’s unbelievable that Lowe’s uses them as a contractor .
This should be Zero stars - K

I used ARS because they could come on a weekend. The installer was very professional. He told me about some requirements that I was unaware of. This was a difficult job, but he did it well. I would like to caution future installers to be sure to have towels or something to wipe up water from the leaking tank. The installer wanted to show me where the tank had failed. I slipped on the wet garage floor and broke a rib!
