I scheduled a repair on my HVAC, manager explained that the hours of operation were until 8pm during the week. I set up a 7pm appointment, was called the day off and asked to switch to the following day due to servicemen availability. The following day, i leave work early to be home for set appointment, called the company at 6pm to let them know i was home early if they wanted to come. Was told that they once again were cancelling, with no warning to me. Just lousy professionalism, i understand that 7pm is late but don't advertise as a possibility unless it is true. Would not recommend.

Two young kids pulled up in a small old car wearing street clothes w/ no name of the company anywhere. It took less than 5 minutes for them to look at the air conditioner and take care of it. The bill said, ‘coolant refill was required’ and charged me $569.47. I only discovered later from a friend that was a professional in this business. He told me that this was well over what it should have cost. I don’t understand the other google good reviews.

Brad is incredibly prompt and super fast at responding. Had him out to do an estimate and check a faulty unit. He gave good advice and no pressure on his work, which was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend him for his honesty and straightforward approach to this work.
