Pretty disappointed on more than a couple levels; friendly service but...after $140 visit telling me a 1 month wait for a part during a cold snap with an elderly mother just home from hospital - WITHOUT EVER SUGGESTING TO JUST REPLACE THE 18 YEAR OLD FURNACE - I politely yet firmly fired them, found another longtime local HVAC company who understood sense of safety & urgency & set us up with a NEW furnace in ONE DAY. This place list thousands of dollars trying to farm us on THEIR schedule :/
