DC Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning

After purchasing a home, we had DC Plumbing out to help us with our furnace that had been “red-tagged” by the gas company. The technician was honest and thorough explaining the issues and offering solutions. Dave (the owner) became personally involved in our decision weighing all the pros and cons including the ultimate decision to move forward with the installation of a new heat pump and air handler. Though we looked a lot other options for due diligence we ultimately went with DC Plumbing because of their responsiveness, follow-up and quality recommended solutions.
The entire experience with the DC Plumbing team was excellent including communication, responsiveness, delivery, installation and final walk through. Though it was an unexpected expense, we are confident we made the right decision and super happy with the end-result. I highly recommend DC Plumbing if you are looking for good honest people with quality products they stand behind.

I needed to have a new hot water heater and so had DC Plumbing install a Tankless Water Heater. They were the first to respond to my on-line request for plumbing services and Dave the owner called me personally to discuss the problem.
Dave sent Robert to do the installation. Robert was OUTSTANDING. He was extremely knowledgeable on all aspects of plumbing. His professionalism and his friendly attitude and customer service were exceptional.
Robert had a helper, Halsted, a nice young man in training who was eager to learn. They were a great team and reflected very positively on DC Plumbing.
I am so glad that I found a source of plumbing services that is responsive, knowledgeable and cares about the customer.

I had a broken faucet that was constantly dripping a large amount of water all day and all night, so I contacted DC Plumbing. Damian, the technician, was able to install a new faucet and replaced the rusty old hose which was dripping under the sink - I was unaware. Damian was very professional and had everything needed to complete the job on the spot! Thank you very much Damian and DC plumbing for a job well done! We’ve used DC Plumbing for several improvements to our home. Most recently they promptly responded to our need to replace a toilet. They also identified a serious problem with our water heater, so we used this opportunity to replace it with a tankless water heater that works great. Matt, our service technician was always prompt, knowledgeable and professional.

DC Heating and Air were not your typical service company. Extremely professional and very detailed oriented. Main work performed was removal of old water heater and install of new tankless water heater. Installation was done in a timely manner with great craftsmanship on all the welds and placement of unit and alignment of utilities in and out of the unit. As the technician was on site noticed a gas leak in laundry room dryer and was able to address the safety issue immediately. Thanks DC for the endless instant hot water and going out of tour way to make our house safer.
