SRD Heating And Air Conditioning

SRD is a local, family owned business in San Bernardino. When we decided to have our HVAC Ducts replaced, we sought out 3 bids from well established HVAC companies. When we called SRD, they agreed to come by and give us a quote the next day.
Scott, listened carefully to us and then went into our attic to take a look at our ductwork. When he came down, he gave a report of what he found and our options for best alleviating our problem.
Both of the other (bigger) companies didn’t listen to us and one decided immediately that we needed a complete new HVAC unit on our roof. NO WE DON’T!
SRD gave us a very reasonable quote and the friendly, sincere professionalism shown by SRD made us feel confident. SRD arrived today and began the installation of new ductwork and returns. Their 3man crew completed the job in less than 6 hours. They used very good quality materials and did a great job. Their crew was very polite, respectful and professional.
The final invoice was exactly what was quoted and they did a great job of cleaning up before they left.
YES, we are very happy and will be telling all our friends and family about them. And our AC works great.

Scott came as soon as he can and at the scheduled time. The AC unit was out for only a day! He quickly fixed the AC unit and the price was extremely reasonable. Excellent work from quote to installation. Scott, Mike and Nick came out and installed new a/c unit and removed my old ducting /evaporative cooler. They were on time, polite and honest, also not afraid to get there hands dirty.

Very honest, reliable and get the job done right the first time. It was 120° outside and 90°+ inside. My A/C wasn't cooling the air at all. Called SRD to repair the problem. They came out on a Saturday morning and had thing going in about an hour. The A/C has never worked as well as it does now. When it's a 100° in the afternoon, I turn on the a/c and the house is 74° in minutes.

Whenever it comes to anything HVAC-related, I always place my trust in the reliable hands of SRD. Scott, Mike, and Nick are incredibly knowledgeable and professional. A true Inland Empire gem!!!
