Prompt, reasonable costs, respectful, go out of their way to take care of the customer, good customer service. I was so happy with their work I am recommending them to all I know.

I have been using Jay's for a few years now. My first experience was when they replaced all the ducting in my house, and installed a few new vents. That went flawlessly. They left the house clean, and the resulting work was perfect.

I then used them to diagnose a heating issue that 2 other companies were not able to resolve. They made short work of the problem, and I was able to heat the house again without issue.

Finally, my 3rd encounter, they are repairing a system vibration in my HVAC. Communication has been excellent, and they have always been on time. I highly recommend to everyone!

First let me say I called last minute with that being said. They still showed up that following morning and took care of my A/C which just needed some freon. This is my second time using this company and I must say they keep their word. Prices are great don't get discouraged if they don't pick up text them and they'll respond. Thanks Jay. Thanks to the technician as well who managed to keep his cool with my 150lb rottweiler nearby.

They worked really well with us, and gave us only what we wanted in terms of repair, rather than trying to give us a whole new system. The big guys tried to nickel and dime us, they gave us just what we needed. They did a wonderful job and were very responsive and courteous. Thank you!!

Had the evaporator coil and outside condenser unit replaced, they were efficient and thorough. They even leveled out the concrete slab and fixed some of my old duct work. Thanks!
