Salinas Valley Cooling

I had a good experience here, I'm sure it depends on the day. Has parking for maybe 20 trucks, on a busy day won't be no room, food truck comes by regular, has restroom and outhouse. People seemed friendly enough.

Waited here for 28 hrs and still no door to my truck . Every time you go to them , they don’t have any answer but to wait . Worst place ever , try not to pick from this location . Worst staff

Overall not bad now remember depending on what u picking up it could be in/out deal or along wait. They do need more room for parking and better lights on lot also they a food truck.

Horrible wait time and rude staff. Took me 8 hours to get into a door and another hour to get loaded. Then had to deal with the loader bitching at me for the trailer being 1 degree too hot and wouldn't let me close the doors to fix the issue. Wound up wasting over 10 hours here.

A little tight when backing to a dock. Restroom are ok despite having water on the floor. Food truck here is nice. Delicious and inexpensive.

I call them at 10am to know my load is ready or not and the guy said it’ll be ready by 3 pm I checked in at 3 and then they said your order is not ready yet we’ll call you when its ready and they give me call at 10 pm and they give me door it’s 10:46 now and i am waiting for someone to load me

Appt time is at 3pm. They told me that my load is not ready yet, I shoul wait for 3-4 hours. They gave the door at 9pm. Check-out at 1am. Stay away from this company and from Salinas.

Very slow at getting loaded. They couldn’t care less about getting trucks loaded and out of here. They won’t give you an estimated time on getting you to dock, because the only English they speak is “we’ll call you when isss ready. Slower than a herd of turtles racing uphill in a snowstorm 👹👹

Very slow loading. The shipper didn’t want to put actual time in and out he put wrong time when I asked him to put the right time to the BOL he refused it. I waited for 8 hours
