Place sucks. Will never come back. If you're not Mexican prepare to wait. Been here for 4 hours waiting on 1 pallet to get loaded. Rude people. Still waiting. 6 hrs. now for 1 pallet? Still waiting. Probably won't make my next appointment.

This is worse place, stupidest stuff working here in the office! They choose who will be loaded first, only by face. They will do everything to load you in last half hour at night. They kept me all the day, and nobody didn't know what is going on. They received calls from brokers, dispatches, I asked them every hour. Nothing, they just desire to do so, and nobody can prevent it!

Large staging area, docks were easy to get to BUT NINE (9) HRS WAITING AND NO COMPENSATION FROM TQL WAS RIDICULOUS.👎

They take absolutely forever to give you door and that's if they get to you the same day. They have allot of parking... But that's only if they are open if they are closed there is no getting in or out until they are open again. They will let you stay overnight though

First time here. Have a bit of a wait but I was here about 2 hours early. Will update after loading. I will say complaining about long wait time is usually product not in from grower or hasn't been in cooler long enough or driver with bad attitude.

That’s my second time here first time they took a whole night 17 hours and said product is not ready but in second time I do check in at 8 Am and I’m still here at 4:00 pm but I didn’t get a call for door

they think we are telling lie to them we have another pickup i thonk i am gonna miss that bit we put a Review they dnt care

Finally a Naturipe facility that got us in a dock and out the gate in a reasonable amount of time. Place is clean and some what easy to park, back and dock. Some situations could create a need to blind side dock.

0900-1800 appt time. Showed up at 0840. Got a door at 1751. Didn't leave until 2030. If you're grabbing strawberries, you will sit.
