Salinas Valley Cooling

I had no problems. I was dreading this place after reading all the reviews. Checked in at 0930. Out by 1045. Some of these reviews are negative but I also read that they went to the office every hour to check on their status. I learned years ago: be polite, ask the right questions, don't argue. Trucks around me were there before me. Idk their situation but stay calm. I've worked in warehouses too. There's much more going on than being lazy. You have to count, stack etc before putting it on the truck. Cut this place some slack.

Check in 12:15pm but check out 7:30pm they said one we get product we call you but start your reffer 32 f now almost 7 hrs unit still on without any load in trailer if you come here you waise whole day here

Not crowded like most pickup places for us. Plenty of parking. And honest about the wait if their is one. Which isn't their fault, Been their multiple times. Theirs no food wagon so bring your peanut butter 😊

Horrible place to pick up arrived at 4pm now it's going on 11pm ,8 pallets was called at 1030 to get paperwork and sorry I'll call you when you're loaded. Racist place!!!!! Waisted day all the way around

Good thing I was the 3rd one to get signed in. They are a first come first serve but apparently the dock loader must stop every little bit and disappear for a few hours. I checked in at 9am which is when they open but was there just before daylight. Per this site said they opened at 8am so I tired to changed it.

Always have to wait....Got here early morning....waited all day, we had a 6 pm appointment some where else, had to leave to go get it..
They called us back when we were over there asking us...WHERE U AT?? Told them...they said be back in the am....So here we are sitting STILL! We have to get u a door They say........ They have 8 DOORS Empty!!!!
Hopefully last time HERE!!!

Don’t come in hare totally weste time I was check in 10 am they call me 6:30 pm and I’m still waiting on the dock and my broker ask me your product is ready on time

Bring extra food .Because u can feel here u r on holidays.They did not give you load before 24 hr's or more than .Almost 20 hr's spend here and still not call for door.third time here this time is worst .

If i could give it negative stars i would. Checked in yesterday morning (06/19/20) at 845am. Was checking back in atleast every hour to get the staus of my partial load. Same response every time, "stay in your truck until we call you. We are still receiving product and processing the paperwork". Guy at the window is rude. 730 pm, i do a final check in before i get kicked out due to closing at 8pm. Was told to come back in the morning. "We have to send an email out to see what is going on with the rest of your product and if they want to cut the load". Really??? 11 hours later you want to check this out? Came back this morning at 8am and checked in. Same rude guy instructs me to not aporoach the window unless they call me and if i approach without a phone call i will be kicked out. They are still receiving product and processing paperwork. Another guy, younger approaches and says that i should have a door within the hour and he will call me. If it was up to me id leave their junk on the dock and leave, buts its not my choice.

I thought walmart and most kroger brand dcs were bad. This is ridiculous. Never again will i want to deal with this place. 10 thumbs down. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
