Great company. I called because I was putting off getting my AC checked and was hoping they could squeeze me in before the heat wave. I left a voicemail and they called back later that day to set up an appointment that week (I am very lucky because I was expecting they would schedule out at a later time due to everyone else doing the same as me).

They sent over Mike and was very helpful and informative while looking at my system. Great worker, kept the area cleaned, and got my AC unit cleaned and ready for the heat waves. I couldn’t compliment him enough, very professional and a hard worker.

This company is great and if I ever have any HVAC issues, they will definitely be at the top of my list.

I've used Premium twice now, and both times the service was excellent. Bob and Mike were prompt, professional, and more than fair in their pricing. Because of their honesty, I was able to avoid spending thousands on a new HVAC system. I highly recommend this company and will call them again in a heartbeat if I encounter any future problems with my heating or air conditioning.

Robert and staff provide excellent customer service! Prompt response to phone calls (service) and all questions are answered courteously. They have always done a great job with the ac/heat and I highly recommend Premium Heating and Air.

I've had to call on Premium a number of times for repairs to my heating and A/C system. The first time was a major repair that I had several companies bid on. Premium was by far the best bid and the work they did was fantastic. I have since used them for both by home and business, and will use no one else. I've owned homes for more than 40 years, and these guys are the best I've ever used!

We contacted this AMAZING company when our air conditioning unit stopped working at our rental property. As our renters have young children we were looking for a quick response time. We were offered a same day appointment. Mike showed up right on time. At first there was a thought that the unit was working again and he offered to waive the service fee. We decided to have him inspect the unit. He was professional and informative and operated on "If it's' not broke don't fix it!" He turned the unit on and watched it for 30 minutes when the motor seized up. As the part was not a standard part that he carried on the truck he made a trip to pick up the part and back the same day. Pricing was great, and his customer service amazing. No high pressure warranty sales talk, just honest reasonable repair with a smile. Just saved his contact information to my phone!

Robert the owner is honest, fair, and provides great service. I have used his company twice in two years and both times I was very satisfied with the cost and service. I often receive mail marketing from companies whom I have conducted research on but they have suspect reviews. Premium Heating and Air has consistent reviews and provides consistent quality service and I would recommend them to anybody.

Called because AC had gone out night before. Spoke with Bob who redirected one of his technicians who was in the area to our place and he was at the house 20 minutes after my call. Mike was incredibly thorough and replaced the capacitor. AC worked again. Had a couple of other minor issues he corrected and the house is cool again. Great customer service, reasonably priced. Could not have asked for more considering our dilema. Would use again in a heartbeat.

Ac went out on Sunday and Icalled at least 20 other places and called Monday morning and with all the fires and my son’s asthma I asked for him to be here as soon as possible and spoke to Robert the owner, he said he would be out same day between 10 and two and he was here between 10 and two ,amazing! He was super friendly, professional, quick and knowledgeable. He was the only place willing to come out the same day
I will only be using him from now on.

We have had an AC unit and furnace installed in two different houses by Premium heating and air conditioning. Both times our experience was amazing. They are extremely reliable and professional. The work they performed was top notch and their service was incredible. I would recommend them to anyone.

Fast, honest, reliable service. Bob replaced our entire unit several years ago and is our go to for preventive maintenance. His crew are professionals and safe to have in your home. All questions are answered professionally with our best interests in mind.
