Ed Billy in sales was knowledgeable, courteous and informative. He explained the different options in great detail. He compared prices and provided a breakdown in pricing and the process itself.

Robert Santillan from Install - He explained the installation process in detail. He pointed out the damage to the heating unit and discovered that some of the ducts were installed incorrectly. His team was equally as courteous and paid attention to details. Everyone was very respectful of our property ensuring that protective coverings were laid on all floors and furniture. They even vacuumed behind themselves!

James from Big Mountain as usual did a great job repairing our system. As always, very clean as he worked to check the issue with our system. Called for repair and came out on a Saturday for our repair.
