Service Technician Armando Carbajal was a delight to do business with. He is an excellent listener with a wonderful personality. My questions were addressed and I was provided good information on the purchase and installation of an electric heat pump water heater. The installation has not occurred yet and I will update my review once it has happened.

Very professional service. Would highly recommend Big Mountain to any of my family or friends. Quick and efficient work. They carry many of the common service parts with them so you get straightened out same day. If they need to come back they are prompt and polite.

We discovered a leak on a Sunday called for maintenance they were here within the hour and fixed the problem. Excellent service very professional and knowledgeable. We are so glad we participate in the monthly membership that saved us money.

Big Mountain did a thorough inspection & cleaning of my heating & a/c units. The technician showed me before/after pics. I was also shown a checklist with everything that had been examined showing a green, yellow, or red rating next to each item. My units (7years old) had mostly green check marks, with a few yellow, & no red. The yellow indicate parts that should be replaced. I was happy with their service.

I had the pleasure of having technician, Luke Nichols come out to my home today to conduct A/C maintenance. He arrived on time with a smile and great attitude . He went above and beyond to explain everything. Very professional and down to earth. I will be requesting Luke next time for sure!
