We had an emergency AC situation at my great grandparents home during a hot summer day and gave Big Mountain a phone call. They sent out Kenny Ramirez within 2 hours to get everything fixed up. Kenny was an extremely friendly gentleman whom made our experience a breeze. I would recommend Big Mountain any day, especially if Kenny is on the job!

Josh is now my new Technician. He was very thorough and explained everything to me and I’m very pleased with his knowledge and experience. He is a Personable kind gentleman. He saved my system from having a burn out this summer. The old cooling motor was so bad I couldn’t believe it! He and Andrew completely took my unit apart and cleaned it well. I’m happy with Josh and hope he will service my unit again-

Received help from both James and Johnny when our air conditioner quit. Very pleased with the service and advice we received. Both went above and beyond to make sure our needs were taken care of. Johnny even provided and set up a portable unit until our new system can be installed. Thank you Big Mountain for providing such excellent staff and service to your customers.

We had a great experience with Big Mountain. They answered my call the first time, then were flexible enough to send out two technicians and an engineer THE DAY I CALLED. They were engaging, polite, professional, and not pushy. Highly recommended!

Ed was very professional. All aspects of Big Mountain services were explained in depth. I am confident they would provide a quality product. I'll be using them in the future.

3/28/23- Joseph did heating system inspections today. He was courteous & respectful of my wishes, being careful not to let the dogs out. He inspected thoroughly, took photos of system in my attic & explained things very well. Joseph was quite knowledgeable, & went out of his way to be sure I understood his recommendations & options available.

I recently had Big Mountain Heating & Air Conditioning replace my Air Conditioning system this summer with Johnny and crew. I accidentally edited my last review while submitting a new one, but overall amazing experience. For my next review, now that it is colder I realized the heat was no longer working. Chris then came out almost immediately from when I called in today and fixed the problem in 10 min at no cost. Always a great experience with Big Mountain.

Leo was my technician very personable did a good job explained everything. Very happy with Leo work . Not happy with canceling my maintenance service because of not being able to guarantee the motor that have been replaced they should’ve told me that at the beginning before they were collecting $12 a month because the motor was in there before this visit
