Had Big Mountain Air come out to install a new unit at my moms house. The office staff was courteous and professional and we were always able to reach someone. Our tech was Carlos Guzman and he provided excellent service. He arrived on time and prepared to do the job. He took the time to answer any and all questions my mom had, explained the processes and reasons for them. He was friendly, professional, kind and courteous. Once the job was completed he went over all the paperwork with my mom, answered closing questions and was in his way. Is definitely recommend Carlos and Big Mountain Air to family & friends.

James and Brad came out to inspect my HVAC system that stopped working three weeks ago.
They were both highly professional, friendly and repaired my system at half the cost that other companies quoted me!

They broke a large branch from our apricot tree when backing into our driveway on the third day. I was not told about it, until my daughter saw it when she left. When asked about it, there only response was "we can cut it off." They left debris at the site and two of the three crawl space covers were damaged; one had a hole and the other was forced back into place, bending it and leaving an opening for critters. The foreman, Robert, was completely unprofessional. If you are going to use them for service, I would ask for a different person. His crew was fine but management and respect for property is severely lacking. Two stars for Robert.

I am upgrading my rating to four stars, because Ben helped resolve some of the issues. He was respectful and understanding. I do think that some of their staff need additional training to ensure that their company is following their stated goal "One of our main priorities is to respect and protect your home." My expectation when I have work done on my home is that it is left in the same or better condition. It was not in this case.

The representative Joseph, came out and gave a complete inspection for
my air conditioner and furnace. He was very professional and informative.

Big Mountain has provided consistent good service over the years. Austin was time, polite, effective and explained services and recommendations.
