I called them in September to look at replacing my boiler with new HVAC and water heater. They came out twice, the second time for an in-depth assessment, as my house has some challenges. I was assured that they understood the job, just needed to research parts and would get back to me. I never heard back. I called several times over the next few weeks. Each time was assured of a callback, so-and-so was out of the office, etc. One customer service rep assured me it was his personal mission to get me a response, but that never happened.

If you don't want a job, just say so. I was hoping to replace my heating before the cold season. That isn't going to happen now. I know it is going to be a challenge to find someone to do this job. However, ghosting customers is bad business. I almost never write reviews but this treatment is disrespectful. No excuse.

Leo arrived on time and was very professional. He explained everything he was going to do. After he was done, he showed me pics he took and explained what he found. My system is very old, but still works good. Hoping to get a few more years out of it. I did sign up for the $12/monthly fee that will get me a couple inspections a year.

Thank you Big Mountain Heating and Air again for your same day service. I am very happy with Carlos the service technician, he was polite, efficient, skillful, and honest. Carlos explained things to me and kept me informed on the progress of my unit. The price of the repair was low and the service all around was awesome. What else could a customer ask for! I recommend Big Mountain Heating and Air Conditioning highly and make sure you ask for Carlos!

Big Mountain as a company is amazing, great customer service as well. All other calls for emergency air conditioner service were anywhere from 7 days to 3 weeks wait time, BM was out the next day. My family and animals greatly appreciated the relief at 100+ weather, A++.

We appreciated the honesty and professionalism that both technicians Joseph and Ed displayed. Unfortunately we we’re not financially prepared.
