Joseph from Big Mountain came to my home to perform a HVAC assessment.. He was on time and very knowledgeable. He brought a checklist and performed all of the expected checks. I was very happy with his work.

Wife and I bought a new house and turns out we had the original furnace and ac unit from 30 years ago. Johnny came out to just give me an estimate but then heard how old my unit was and before giving me a price he sent out Leo who came out and took pictures and looked in depth of my furnace unit. Turns out the coils were rusted and corroded. Not something a new home owner wants to hear but, wasn’t something we even knew about until Big mountain came out. Other company’s didn’t even look at the inside of the unit. Overall very happy with their service.

Evaluation done for possible replacement. He was very detailed and explained everything with pictures he took. Very informative and provided written cost for 24 year old furnace replacement without pressure to purchase.

Leo the tech came out to service our HVAC system and was very thorough in helping us decide whether to service the existing heating and air, or the other options, replacing etc. Highly recommend Leo and his knowledge and professional expertise!

Mike and Sheila were very enjoyable to have in my home while they professionally installed beautiful windows swiftly with an eye to all details, and cleaning up behind themselves, leaving those rooms just as they were but with far better weatherproof, noise-blocking windows.

I recently had a seasonal check-up on my HVAC system by Big Mountain Heating and Air Conditioning. The technician, Carlos, was very professional and remembered me from a previous maintenance visit. All steps of the check-up were discussed with me, Carlos was thorough and explained that the system is fine and also offered some possible upgrades for safety and HVAC longevity, such as adding a surge suppressor in light of recent power outages. The upgrades were offered as a suggestion and I did not feel presured into a purchase. I recommend Big Mountain for HVAC installation and maintenance.

Joseph was professional, easy to be around, communicated well, nice and my chihuahua loved him and this chi is not friendly to strangers, especially those who come into his home, so that is saying a lot. As for the company, they accommodated my schedule and a human called me up the day before to remind me and this was a Sunday...wow!!! That's some amazing service!!! Thank you all.
