Excellent Customer service..... and spent as much time as needed to answer our questions with patience and professionalism. Johnny was informative and spent a tremendous amount of time helping us locate a program and a loan with the best value that we could afford. He showed us that BMH&A is not there to simply sell products but to provide quality service and establish a long term relationship built on trust.

Called Big Mountain Heating and Air last night due to our AC was out. They got right back to us and set up an appointment early this morning. From the start, it was fabulous. Leo was informative, thorough, respectful and explained everything to me and even wanted to make sure we called husband so that we both were informed.. FANTASTIC!! When we ask for anyone to come out, we will make sure that Leo is our go to person.

Today was my first visit with Big Mountain Air for my AC unit maintenance. James showed up on time and was very thorough. He took the time to look at all my systems and gave recommendations for improvements. Very nice and easy to talk with about my system. From my initial phone to schedule a maintenance appointment I’ve had great experiences and I’m happy to be working with them. Very satisfied and would recommend them to others looking for a HVAC company!

I was very impressed with Johnny Champagne. He explained, in layman's terms, the whole process involved in replacing my HVAC unit. He was very thorough in going over my options, which I much appreciated. He made certain that I had a portable unit to keep, at least my family room cool, until my HVAC unit was replaced. I can only hope that the rest of my experience with Big Mountain (installation) is as satisfying as my experience with Johnny for the estimate.

They came to inspect the HVAC system, they were very professional, and detail oriented. No pressure at all, even when I had to cancel and postpone the work due to financial obligation on unexpected expenses they were very understanding. Overall from my first chat to meeting Leo and Brad was very positive. They represent their company well.

Leo and Oscar were very professional and took the time to explain all the information I needed. They were very knowledgeable as well as patient with me. Leo and Oscar were on time very polite. Highly recommend BIG MOUNTAIN HEATING AND AIR!!!!

Austin Spent the time and effort to service AC and heating. My previous experience has been less than stellar. I don’t enjoy service threats that are singularly based on statistics. When the service techs tell me that every client has been convinced to do that service or replace the HVAC because the company needs the profit. Either the unit is broke because of something I did or the company needs to replace or repair because the product was defective

On the first question I checked good value but it’s really all of the above. Carlos was Outstanding. His energy and thorough review of tasks completed was superb. I would’ve done the recommended repairs with my Big Mtn Bucks but somehow after almost 4 year membership the office only credits me with 1 year.

Joseph was very knowledgeable, polite, conscientious, willing to answer questions, and was very thorough in explaining the services he provided. We would not hesitate to have him back as our regular Maintenance/Service Repair Representative!

The technician, Joseph arrived on time and was professional and explained what he was going to be doing. He did a complete inspection of the heating system and AC system and let me know exactly what was needed to be done. I felt very confident with all that he showed me that had to be completed and I told him that right now it’s not a good time for me to do that work, but I did join the membership and look forward to having him come back and continue doing the great job that he started this time.
