If you want honesty call Atticman. They have outstanding customer service. I called them to look at our system. They are always on-time, professional and friendly. Nick found the problem right away and fixed it. He stayed longer to make sure our A/C was running properly. I highly recommend this company. I trust them completely and appreciate how accommodating they are since we have a baby and french bulldog who struggle in the heat.

Our one year old system was just given its second maintenance by Josh and he couldn't be more professional and knowledgeable. He took his time working on our system and answered all my questions. So far our unit has performed and the Atticman team has always been responsive when we had questions or concerns. They also provide reminders when when our unit needs to be serviced which is definitely a plus.

I've had the pleasure of working with Atticman to bolster up the insulation in our attic and more recently a heating maintenance service call. Not only is their pricing fair compared to other big name outfits, but they have always been on time (from consult, to insulation install, to Maintenance service call) and are very easy to communicate with via phone and/or text. The service techs are clean and conscientious of our home and belongings. Highly recommend!

1 word 1 number….Happy. 5. Attic Man did not disappoint. I’ve been sitting on getting a whole house fan but never got around to it because other expenses kept creeping up. Long story short, the entire team from Lexi, to Trevor, to Zak and the technicians, to Rachel - were all professional, friendly, communicative, and more importantly knowledgeable. Every member I came in contact with, listened to all my concerns and answered all my questions.

There were small unforeseen challenges in my project. Zak and the technicians were clearly experience and creative to work around whatever obstacles were in their path and deliver with exemplary service. Not to mention, they were clean (for a messy job) but surprisingly finished in small window of time. They clearly knew what they were doing. Its rare these days to come across this level of customer service and would think its a dying breed. I’m happy to report that Attic Man is a dime a dozen and hope they continue to grow with the same level of satisfaction for others.

Atticman installed a new HVAC in September 2022, and has performed regular maintenance checks since then. I have found them to be very punctual, with texts to let me know when they are en route and who the technician will be. Every technician has been extremely professional and helpful when on site.

Josh was awesome. Such a nice guy. I got the membership for maintenance and the 25% off the repairs today for doing that really helped. Fixing systems are always hella expensive and annoying. I appreciated Josh explaining what he was doing and not trying to push stuff for sales just trying to help me get this handled. Thanks Josh.

Thomas was very professional and very attentive to the needs. He thoroughly examined the system and determined the root cause of the problem. Never did he push for any products; he mainly focused on the options available and what our next steps ought to be.

Got a brand new heat pump installed and the old insulation removed from the attic. Got new insulation put in and new duct work, as well. Was about a $27,000 job. Well, during the removal every single vent had the old insulation falling out so the floor underneath was an absolute mess. There was dust and debris all over everything in every room. We did not think of this problem beforehand, but would expect someone that does this professionally to anticipate this kind of thing. There should have been barriers taped to the vents to prevent this. Or, it should have been cleaned up afterward. They made no effort to do so. Anywhere there was work being done in the house (where the furnace was replaced, for instance), there was marks all over the wall where the tech had his dirty hands everywhere and had touched places with his tools and everything. No effort was made to clean any of this up. Also, since about 9 people were in the house at any given time, our bathrooms were a wreck. For almost $30k, we expect White Glove-level service. The company was very attentive and responsive before the job started with getting all of the paperwork put together. After these guys came through like a bull in a China shop, though, it’s been crickets from them. When the job is completed, some high level supervisor needs to go to every job site and make sure everything is done properly and the customer’s house is left to a certain standard of cleanliness. Only time will tell if the job was done well, but so far I’m unimpressed and- unfortunately- I cannot recommend them.
