Darwin is the only person I have met in the company who is extremely professional in Atticman. I met at least 10 people from this company. He is the best. In addition, Vaughn is great person he is very responsive and respectful person.

We have been working with Atticman for a few years already through an annual maintenance program. Our old system died recently and we needed to replace promptly. Atticman helped us weight several different options and we elected to go with an hybrid system. Installation was scheduled within two days, crew came on time and did excellent work. The system was up and running by mid-afternoon. I would recommend this company and team to anyone needing assistance with repairs or re placement. Thanks to Trevor, Kevin and team for truly professional work. Very satisfied!

These guys were referred to me by a friend. I watched the video on their site about how customer service was so important and immediately made an appointment. They called me a day later saying they were able to come earlier than my appt the following week. Josh was awesome and explained everything perfectly. He had our AC up and running again in no time.

Out of the 10 companies I contacted, Atticman was the only one that offered a FREE diagnostic visit. I called on a Wednesday, and they were able to schedule a technician to come on Thursday afternoon. Thursday morning my family had an emergency and I had to call and reschedule. Lexi at Atticman was so understanding and was able to squeeze me in on Friday morning.
Thomas, Atticman's technician, was professional, arrived right on time, diagnosed the problem, had the replacement parts, fixed my A/C in less than 90 minutes, and I am chilling 😎!!!

Guys, skip the big companies with the radio commercials as they are too pricey. Contact Atticman and you would get a fair price with excellent service!

This company , was on time, Did a full inspection for me . Explained to me in steps what needed to be done in my attic and the ductwork and process of it all , and even after understanding my circumstances , worked out a plan for me to finance with them . He was Nice and very caring . I would recommend this company .

Thomas did a wonderful job fixing our System. He was very knowledgeable and explained in Detail what was going on. The company was awesome in communication I will definitely refer them to other friends and family.

I got in contact with this business due to the air not ventilating through some of our rooms. I called on a Monday and they were able to come out and look at my venting system the next day. Jose, the service technician was very professional. He went into the attic to make sure all system was working properly. Despite it being 92 degrees outside, he took the extra step in ensuring the concern I had was concluded. I will definitely be calling them back for any other services needed. Thank you again!

I am a first time customer of Atticman. I had the pleasure of working with Thomas Royce and couldn't be happier with the service he provided. Not only did he expertly diagnose and fix an issue with the contactor on my AC unit, but he did so promptly and professionally. Additionally, he took the time to educate me on the issue and my AC system, which I greatly appreciated. Tip: Always get multiple quotes when you're dealing with something as important/expensive as installing a new HVAC unit.

I received a quote from another company and was pretty happy with proceeding until I requested a quote from Atticman on a whim via Yelp's form. Within 30 minutes, I received a call scheduling an appointment to provide a free quote, and one day later, Michael came to our house to discuss our needs.

Michael was extremely knowledgeable and amiable - our pets instantly took to him which was a great sign. Within an hour, he took all of the measurements and information he needed, and discussed our needs and budget in a way that made me feel as though he truly had our best interests in mind. A true sign of that is when he argued against some work I was thinking about that would've led to more business for them, but he thought was unnecessary for our needs (e.g. installing a lot of new air return vents or requesting a duct cleaning for our particular ducts). The final quote he gave us ended up being nearly 20% lower than the original quote for similar work.

The actual installation was done by a capable five-person team led by Edgar - this process was smooth as silk and done incredibly quickly (Michael estimated that it would be a two-day process, Edgar's team managed to finish it within a day due to our house's layout). After the installation, the team went on a vacuuming and cleaning rampage, and the house was left much cleaner than it was before the installation.

Since that installation, we've gone for Atticman with two additional exhaust vent installations and an inspection (which were professionally and expertly carried out by Darwin and Colin respectively). A third party vendor also inspected their work and had nothing but praise for Atticman (he came up to the attic with me and pointed out where the insulation work was particularly tight/robust). Can't recommend highly enough!
