Thomas was one of the best heating air specialist I've dealt. Didn't just come and go. Actually investgated the issue and fixed it. Also made helpful suggestions to keep things running great. He was very knowledgeable and listened to my the issues i was having. He really cares and takes pride in his work. Hard to find these days.

The technician Luis was polite and knowledgeable. He did an impressive assessment of our units current condition. I had explained to the scheduler what I wanted done but Luis did not think that it would solve my problem and the price I was quoted did not meet my expectations.

Luis was very friendly and professional. He explained the in’s and outs of my AC unit and showed me pictures of the unit inside and outside. Gave his recommendations which I am going to follow. He answered all my questions thoroughly. I signed up for their membership and plan on staying with this company. They have been very friendly from making the appointment up to the actual appointment itself. I’m very happy with the service.

Great sales team and installation team. Cleaned up when they left, which is a good sign. Was able to get me an install within a couple days. Only issue I had is the unit was much bigger than my old one and it didn’t fit inside my unit fence so I had to expand it. Not a huge deal but a small hiccup. As long as everything keeps running like it is today I would do business in the future.

Had water leaking out of our furnace. Called Atticman and Jose came out the same day. Jose was great, he was respectful and cared about your system. He explained everything and told us what we can do for next time.

Atticman replaced our broken 34 year old AC and furnace with a new efficient heat pump system. They provided multiple options and their estimate was more competitive than any of the others, very detail-oriented, and fast. They were able to remove and replace everything in one day. They also took care of all of the rebate paperwork for us, painted over exterior work, and scheduled drywall repair and painting (had to be cut to remove old unit.) When I asked a follow question about thermostat function on the new system, they sent the team out the next morning to run extra control wiring and make sure it was working how I wanted. I highly recommend them.

Just had my second complimentary maintenance service done on our AC. The technician was Josh and he was very respectful and professional. He took the time to make sure all my questions were answered. Thanks again Atticman for the excellent service.

Thomas was respectful, knowledgeable and checked all parts of my AC. His Information was accurate, responses to inqueries were answered. Answers were clear and were necessary detailed enough for us to make informed decisions and understand our students system and needs. Pleasant honest and here to educate. 5/16/23 update: I had a problem with my system; it wouldn't turn on. Mike diagnosed a defective board from the manufacturer. Darwin arrived quickly with a new one and got everything up and running. Darwin went the extra mile walking me through remote set up, made sure everything was communicating properly and made sure I understood each step. Explaining the "why" was the added icing on the cake that makes me completely trust the Atticman team.

Atticman was stellar from start to finish.I needed a water heater replaced and also wanted my HVAC system zoned. The office staff was friendly, professional and helpful.
They also have excellent communication around your appointment for both the estimate and the work. The arrival window was accurate and I got a text 30 minutes prior to arrival with the technician's name. Nick did the estimate and was wonderful giving me options with clear explanations of each one. Zac and Kevin led the crews and I can't say enough about their quality, friendliness and knowledge. They also left the work area spotless! I have complete confidence in recommending Atticman.

A great experience working with AtticMan. In my initial meeting, Trevor did a great job answering all my many questions, explaining different options and working with me to create solutions for our HVAC system. Likewise, the install team answered any questions I had during the process and were very thorough about cleaning up afterwards (there was some old debris stuck in one of the vents that took awhile to get out). AtticMan made the final inspections very easy and arranged everything to happen with the city permits and all rebates. When Colin came by to do the final walk through, he went above and beyond to fix a vent that was rattling and make sure I was satisfied with everything. Everybody was kind, communicative, professional and I loved that they were considerate of my house and wore the footies to cover their shoes. I am very happy to have picked AtticMan for our new HVAC system.
