This place is great and exactly what you're looking for if you want to be treated like you do not matter, if your needs are NOT time sensitive, and if you want to be made to feel like your business doesn't matter because there are plenty of other people waiting for their chance to hire this company.

If you want a real treat, a breath of fresh air, a bright spot for a dark day- cross your fingers that Bridgette picks up. She's amazing at customer service and so friendly that she almost told me to F*?# off but was able to catch herself.

I don't know who these 97 other people are who thought they were 3+ stars worthy... I can only say I wish I had their experience and not the experience I had. Thanks to Bridgett or whatever awful name it is, I had to hire a more professional company that was able to come out same day, diagnose, and repair a couple of days later. Well, cheers to you for trying them anyway! Hell I would if I were you, if only to brighten my day up by talking to Bridgette!
