Juliano was incredible, great professional with an even better attitude. AC went out at night and Juliano came over after 9pm, no problem! He went through every step of troubleshoot to diagnose the problem…it was more apparent to me how much he cared and wanted to support and see our smile, especially our kids!!

Romano HVAC responded to my inquiry within 15 minutes. 20 minutes later Juliano was at my front. 30 minutes later I was feeling the glorious breeze of arctic air blowing through our home. Prompt, courteous, professional. We are very pleased. I highly recommend Romano HVAC!

My air conditioner went out this evening and the house began to heat up. Due to a heart condition, I need to have the house cool. Juliano from Romano HVAC came out at 9:30 pm and fixed the air conditioner. He was professional, courteous, and personable. Most of all, Juliano earned my trust. This was A++ service!!

Our air conditioner was circulating air that smelled of smoke. Called and spoke with Juliano, who was so professional, kind and responsive. This, of course, occurs when we have 104 degree heat. UGH was horrible in the house despite all of our fans! Came out right away, and diagnosed the problem. He and Rick came out and replaced our A/C unit and the unit in attic, as well as had to redo the electrical. They did a WONDERFUL job, and we are SO grateful for their service!!!

Our AC broke when the temp was 105. Mr. Romano came right away. He identified the problem, got the part and installed it the same day. We are cool and happy! We highly recommend Romano HVAC. He is the best!
