GIV HVAC Installation & Repair

Any time my AC stops cooling I call GIV HVAC. I've been getting excellent service from them for the past decade. And I haven't gone a full day without my HVAC system working as a result.

Found this great business on google when I was having Central Heating problems. I called saturday morning, and by 1 PM Igor, the business owner, arrived wearing blue jeans and ready to work. He replaced my control board for a fair price. I highly recommend.

GIV Appliance repair fixed the igniter on my Rheem Furnace. They were quick, efficient, and explained how the igniter important for my heater to work. They included a new washable filter into the repair. They saved me a trip to home -depot I will use them again because they are honest and do not waste time.

Ac started leaking in middle of night, called 24/7 service- Quoted me $570.00 to replace catch pan. Decided to shop around and called GIV next, they came same day- ended up cleaning and repairing original catch pan for $160.00. Honest and upfront.

Very impressed with the install of a new TRANE HVAC SYSTEM including all new duct work.

These guys removed my 31 year old furnace, out door compressor and all duct work that need to go....probably 3 years earlier.

Igor, Oleg (son) and their team had the entire job completed by 4pm! (arrived at 7 am).

Unexpected washing machine break down had me flustered so I called a local company to repair it. The door boot on my Samsung was torn and all of the water was seeping to the floor causing a havoc. Igor showed up and turned my water off and took down the model number only to come back the next day with a brand new door boot. After an hour of work my machine was back to normal operations. Much thanks. Highly recommend this company!

Nobody is better than Igor and his son, Oleg. Not only reasonable. Quick, efficient and professional. Great guys, great company. They fix everything in our house. Can't recommend them enough.

During the holidays about a month or so ago, I called GIV early in the morning in a panic. Let me tell you, this company was a life saver. The night before, I didn't realize my fridge and freezer were on the fritz and upon waking, my entire freezer defrosted. My fridge was also running warm which nearly spoiled everything I had in there!... The last thing you want to happen when you're hosting a holiday dinner!!! Anyways, after I placed my call Igor came as soon as time could allow, and he fixed my entire unit with an exceptionally reasonable price! It's been running even better than before ever since his repair. Thank you Igor and GIV, you saved the holidays.

What a lifesaver. I had to go to the public laundromat for a week until I was referred to GIV. They got on it right away and fixed my LG washer for a fair price. I would definitely call them again for any of my appliances and would recommend them to everyone.

This is the best service you will find. This man is smart, fast and professional.I made a quick appointment. He showed up fast took my oven apart diagnosed the problem replaced the bad part and put hot all back together working perfectly. This man knows what he is doing!
