It’s very refreshing to find a company you can rely on. Oleg came out today on a Sunday to help fix our AC unit. He was on time, nice and knowledgeable. I’ll defiantly reach out to this family business for any further AC help!

Office manager was very helpful over the phone and informed me they just had a cancelation, so their worker was available within 20 minutes. I can honestly say that these people are highly professional and honest to the core. My fridge is old and he suggested I just buy a new ref instead of putting money toward this old model which could die at anytime; he pretty much read my mind. btw, they are not in the appliance sales business, so no conflict of interest there. I highly recommend these guys.

Igor is a knowledgeable, punctual, and hard working individual. I initially called him out on a refrigerator repair due to a sudden increase in temperature. Defrost issue was causing a decrease in air flow. After repairing my refrigerator for a fair price I found out he does AC work as well. Igor serviced my AC by adjusting my freon and changing out the filter. Now I am ready for summer. Thank you

Called this appliance repair company when I was having problems with my dryer. The technician knew what he was doing, and he worked swiftly once I O.K'd the estimate. The price was reasonable for an igniter repair. I had my dryer over 10 years and I really wanted to keep it. Thankfully, the igniter was indeed the problem. The technician cleaned out the inside of the dryer as well where there was a lot of lint. I recommend this company for any repairs you may need.

Absolutely awesome. Came out and fixed the AC at my mom’s house same day) and it was very cold. Professional and made good recommendations on what additional work needed to be done.

Igor was quick to arrive and straight to work. I didnt even have time to offer him coffee and he had diagnosed and fixed my AC. I had two other companies come out to just diagnose the issue and they couldnt find the problem after an hour. Igor is an expert in his craft.

GIV appliance repair fixed my broken down AC unit that was supposed to be changed out last summer. In essence, Igor saved the unit by adding the leak stop with the freon. I'm so happy with the job that was provided by GIV. Thank you.
