This is the second time I hired GIV for a repair at my house. First time it was a problem with the central AC, and today my gas powered dryer needed help. I was fortunate to find GIV on Google because I have had bad experiences with companies that do Heating repair. Igor came out and examined my Lennox furnace on a Saturday afternoon. After the diagnose, it was determined that my three wire pilot was not turning on my gas valve. I was very happy when I found out he could do the repair the same day. Igor went beyond my expectations and I will call him again in the future. Thank You

I appreciate the quick response time from the GIV staff and technicians. I was having an emergency because my refrigerator was no longer cooling. Competent and fairly priced. The fan was broken and would not spin. Igor had a new fan in his truck and was able to repair my refrigerator on the spot. Right on!

Another great job by GIV. They repaired my heat pump system and I have cool air conditioning and warm heat. I highly recommend them. They were efficient and effective. I just had them do some refrigerator repairs for me and I was pleasantly surprised to find out that they did Heating and Air Conditioning work too.
