Had Joseph out for a leaking main line to my home.
The total time of the engagement was 6 hours and they dug a two feet hole and fixed the PVC pipe that was cracked. The total amount of work done was exactly 3.5 hours and the other nearly 3 hours of time was spent somewhere else as he was not on my property. They charged me $4,875.00 for 3.5 hours actual work and a 3 foot section of schedule 40 PVC and some elbow joints. That's $1,392 per hour.
Joseph lied to his manager about the amount of work he had done (I took pictures and video of all the work) and of course his manager defended him and attempted to bully me throughout the conversation and would not let me finish a single sentence.

I have filed a complaint with the BBB as well as people need to be aware of these kinds of tactics and the bullying demonstrated by the manage

He was courteous and patient in explaining the details of the needed repairs and performed the work in a timely manner. Efficiency, courtesy and professional service today is very hard to find. Both visit was great from Christian. He was very professional, well mannered and quick job both times. He explained clearly what he was doing as well as what was needed to be done in the future to maintain our heater/ air-conditioner. He was great while he was here working on our unit.
The only complaint I have was his/ company's tartiness. Both time he was over 1 hour late and I had to call the company. It would be much more convenient to plan my day if the company/ or Christian call ahead of time he was running late and gave a time of how long before he could get there. I understand that a job previous us could take longer but please take consideration of your customer's time too.

Rudy was awesome, super professional and friendly as well. He respected our covid space and adhered to all the protocols. He unclogged the kitchen sink easily and cleaned up all afterward. I want to praise Jonathan for the quality of his work and for going beyond the call of duty. A week or so after he performed HVAC maintenance, there was a power failure and the unit would not turn on. On his day off, he called me and helped me figure out what the problem was. He interpreted pictures of what I saw and video of the LED flashing diagnostics. This was urgent because we were leaving town and we needed the system working before we left (we have cats). Also, before this happened, he's the first to point out that our attic unit needed a surge protector. If I had gotten one when he suggested that, the problem may never have happened. So high praise for Jonathan!
