They were 100% transparent with what to expect from their assessment of our issue. Our technician (probably the best vendor we’ve ever had at our home over the past 17 years) showed me in real-time what he was looking for as he performed tests and how that result would impact decision-making going forward. I felt like I could trust him, his assessment and recommendations and that he did everything he could to keep costs down. He went over and above by sweeping out my garage as he waited for our water heater to drain. I’m very grateful for our technician, Justin, and for Redlands/Henry Bush Plumbing for finding him.

I discovered that my water heater was leaking at the bottom yesterday morning. Joseph came out in a few hours and gave me a quote to replace. The company arranged for a free inspection by a restoration company which was done an hour later. This morning Joseph returned with a helper and replaced the water heater in a little over an hour.

* Update 9/13/21.... We are long term customers and have always received top notch service from Redlands Heating and Plumbing. For that reason, we trust this company and their recommendations. Redlands Heating and Plumbing has now given us another reason to rate them as one of the best. Our recent review indicated we were unhappy (for the first time ever) with a product (not the service). Redlands Heating and Plumbing made contact with us and took the time to listen to our perspective. I clearly missed a portion of the warranty....but I cannot thank Redlands Heating and Plumbing enough for caring about their customers relations and taking the time to reach out to us. We are just ONE customer for a large company ... but obviously Redlands Heating and Plumbing cares about EVERY SINGLE CUSTOMER! Thank you for making us feel like we matter and not making us feel like we were just one of many. ... END OF UPDATE ** I am very disappointed with the customer service service. I purchased an AC package for almost $8000. Is less than 2 years the motor and circuit board both went out. Yes the AC is only covered for parts so after spending almost $8000 on the new system less than 2 years ago I'm now paying an additional 700 for the repairs

Today we received plumbing service from Joseph and Miguel and are very satisfied at both the service as well as the price. Both men were clean and neat. These techs are why we remain with Redlands Henry Bush.

Needed to replace extremely old shower valve stems that I couldn't find anywhere. Don went out of his way to clean up the old stems and find the proper washers and O-rings as well as new handles. Appreciate your time and help, Don.

Joseph was wonderful and professional
The service of my water heater (drain, flush, refill ) was done quickly and completely. I highly recommend Joseph. Thru no fault of Joseph's, the office did not send the HVAC technician to do the furnace service but Joseph called the office to get someone to complete that service to be sent out tas soon as possible to finish the maintenance. Joseph went above and beyond what he was assigned to provide.

Received great service during a emergency at my daughters house, daughter was out of town and toilet was flooding house. From time of call till time of service was just a couple hours or less. Again as a emergency with daughter out if town. So ty for getting there as prompt as I felt possible and taking care of the water situation.
